This two bedroom apartment is located in the Monte Miraflores complex in Miraflores. The secure gated complex offers two communal pools, both with a separate children's pools and also a pool bar & restaurant (open in the summer months). The closest beach is only 1km away and 1.5km to Miraflores golf club . Under 3km will take you into La Cala town, where you can enjoy an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment offers hot & cold aircon throughout and free WIFI.
The apartment is located on the first floor with access by stairs and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space offers a lounge seating area, furnished with two sofas and 43” smart TV with international channels. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped. Leading out from the lounge area is the covered, south east facing terrace. Here you can enjoy the lounge seating area and sun loungers, while you take in the beautiful views over the complex garden to the sea.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table. There is also an ensuite bathroom, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment. The guest bedroom benefits from twin beds and has fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate guest shower room.
