Cette maison de classe exécutive est nichée à Swansea Point, Mara Lake. La propriété est entourée d'arbres matures, d'un aménagement paysager et adossé au ruisseau Hummingbird, créant une oasis pittoresque et privée à l'arrière.

L'arrière-cour dispose d'une grande terrasse avec des chaises de patio pour 6, foyer, bain à remous et une maison de jeux en plein air! Le porche a également une table à manger pour 6 et des espaces confortables supplémentaires pour s'asseoir et se détendre.

Venez à l'intérieur d'une cuisine ouverte et lumineuse et espace de vie. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les nécessités de la maison, offre un bar sit-up île et salle à manger. RELAX et se pelotonner sur le canapé devant la cheminée à bois pendant que vous regardez des films sur le 60 "Apple TV!

La grande chambre des maîtres est digne d'un roi et dispose d'une salle de bain complète.

Amazing Property & Great Host Experience

The property has so much stuff to do, from the hot tub to pool/ping pong, 2 fire pits, it was an amazing time for us on our golf trip. The host is very responsible and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Family get away

Renting planning and coordination went well one big problem was the electronic entry did not work on last night locking us out in the cold after nine and there was no quick solution VRBO office could not help finally reached owner 1/2 hour later and started a hunt for a key in an adjacent building

Location location location

Beautiful property, comfy beds, close to amenities, super close to beach. There was some confusion as to beds available but the home owner responded quickly when contacted. Hot tub was set to boil and the panel wasn’t working to adjust the temperature. It wasn’t the main point of our visit so it didn’t matter. The home owner responded to our queries on that as well but it’s obviously something that would need to be fixed at a later time. The house was pretty clean, the beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with enough cooking items to make our meals. The fire pit was awesome for what we wanted to do which was catch up with family.

Perfect Getaway

Stayed a week with my sister and a friend we had such a relaxing week! Everything was a described we had zero issues with anything. I loved the back yard it was so private used it for reading and enjoying the nice weather, the hot tub was a definite bonus for me used it daily. Would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you for the great experience!

Beautiful getaway!

if you have never experienced Mara Lake or Sicamous this is your chance to finally do it. As it is the most beautiful place you can imagine year round. We were there in October and the weather was amazing. Spent 3 nights with our long time friends enjoying the home we stayed in. The time was spent making dinners, enjoying wine and playing games. Oh ya not to mention the hit tub and fire pit outside that backs on to the stream that goes into the Lake, that is in waking distance a block away. Thanks to Danielle for the help with anything we needed and her quick response to few questions we did have. Will do this again! Wil G

Great accomodation!

This is a great accommodation on a quiet location. There are tons of trees on the property that help keep the area cool. The large wrap around deck was amazing with lots of seating options. Our family loved the stay and are glad we booked here.

Our stay at this property was amazing. Danielle very diligently followed with me to ensure seamless check-in. Once we got there, the property was serene, clean and amazing. Short walk to the lake and close to town. Felt disconnected as well since there is only smart TV on the property.

Swansea Point Home

Great home and super communication with the property owner. The picture on the web site clearly match and highlight this property. We were 2 families with 4 teens. Everyone had a place to themselves and our together time inside or outside on the patios was comfortable and well appointed. The access to the beach was down the street. If you get there early you can set up and be ready for the day. We also moored our boat just off the beach. A little swim to and from was refreshing. We highly recommend.
