Each room reflects the sea, with furnishings and colors inspired by coastal style.

The trail to Li Cossi and the small marina are less than a 10-minute walk from the house.

Our home was designed to offer a classic beach vacation experience, featuring fresh, natural colors and spacious, bright rooms where the view of the blue horizon takes center stage.

The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the dining area with a sea view. It features an induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

In the dining area, you’ll find a comfortable table with four chairs, and outside there’s an additional space set up for al fresco lunches and dinners or for enjoying the view from the patio loungers.

In the living room, a cozy sofa bed adds a touch of comfort and practicality to your stay.

The two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds—each with a private terrace, are designed for families but can also accommodate two couples, as the twin beds can be pushed together.
The two full bathrooms with showers will make your vacation more comfortable.

A wonderful pool (shared with other units) awaits you, situated on a hilltop with a view of the entire Gulf of Costa Paradiso.


Behind the house, there is a designated laundry area with a washing machine and a clothesline.
Guest Access
The house and its outdoor space are for the guest’s exclusive use.
The pool is shared with the other units and is open from May 15 to October 15. It is unsupervised, so children must be accompanied by adults.
