Three bedroom, top floor apartment with a stunning view of the Minster.
Free parking for one car - lift access.
This wonderful top floor apartment, located just off Ogleforth, very close to the Minster and the centre of York, has three generous sixed bedrooms (master with ensuite), well appointed bathrooms, and a large open plan living-dining room, with an amazing view of the Minster.
Close to the city centre, this apartment is only a short walk from all the historic attractions in the centre of the city, and with a ramp and lift it is also provides access for guests with more restricted mobility.
Church House is owned by York Minster, and has recently undergone a significant refurbishment, to provide 10 apartments for local occupancy, and a holiday let for guests to our city to enjoy all the comforts and convenience of this central location.

The main entrance is 84 cm wide
The lift door is 80cm wide, and the internal space in the lift is approx 90cm x 90cm
The entrance to the apartment is 85cm wide and all internal doors are 78cm wide
Please note, there are no rails or handles in the bathrooms.
Quiet residential area so consideration with any noise is expected.
