Clean, spacious, simple family home

This property was all we wanted. Simple, clean, spacious and great location near the centre of York that we could drive straight into and park at. Just what we needed for a quick family visit.

Another fab trip to York

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect place for a family of 5. Easy to walk to all the York historical places. We loved the “Bloody Tour of York” with Mad Alice.

Great location, would recommend

Ideally located only a short walk to the city centre. Property itself is clean and well presented, and I imagine the outdoor space is great in warmer weather.

Lovely house in York

This is a wonderful property to stay in while visiting York. Clean, quiet and with everything we needed for a family of four. Just a short walk took us right into the heart of the city and all attractions. We really appreciated the treats in the fridge too - very welcome! Thank you so much for a great stay.

Lovely house on river

Lovely place to stay! Very close to all the attractions in York but peacefully on the river and lots of green to look at out back patio. We enjoyed the swans who came each evening. House is very nicely set up, our family of 4 was very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Couldn’t fault our stay. Property was well maintained, clean and welcoming (particularly the bottle of Prosecco!) Have stayed in area before but directions etc were vey accurate. We would all love to stay again, can’t say better than that.

Wonderful family vacation in York

This rental was perfect for our family of four travelling across the UK by car. Location was great and we enjoyed walking to most sites in York. Property was as advertised with everything we needed including some nice refreshments upon arrival, welcome after a long drive! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kieth and Jayne!

Convenient property easy walking distance into York

A well appointed house, clean with lots of home comforts and nice welcome goodies . Nice to be by the riverside for walks/ runs and easy access into York .

Beautiful and great location!

The flat was exactly as described, and the Easter treats left were greatly appreciated. everything was very clean and comfortable, we were only a 5-10 minute walk from most attractions in York! If we were to visit York again, we definitely would stay here and will recommend it to any friends or relatives who might visit the area.

Wonderful Place To Stay

The property was a 15 minute walk from York City Centre so ideally located for exploring York. Instructions for checking in and out were simple so no stress there.The property itself was beautifully clean and nicely furnished. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and we all slept well.We had everything we needed for our stay including cleaning products, hand soap and shower gel so no need to buy whole bottles of stuff just for a few nights.The bread, butter, milk and Prosecco in the fridge were much appreciated as were the grocery staples - tea, coffee and condiments. We didn't cook whilst there but there was everything you could need should you wish to do so.All of our group agreed that we would return should we be visiting York again either together or with our respective families.
