Apartment 107 - A premium stay that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss and benefits from an onsite concierge. The apartment is situated conveniently on the first floor and can be accessed by either the two lifts in the lobby or by the stairs. Once you enter the apartment you are almost instantly relaxed. From the master suite with its own dressing area and en suite, which contains both a bath and a walk in shower, to the second bedroom, again with an ensuite bathroom containing a walk in shower. Both are designed to ensure your complete relaxation and a fabulous nights sleep.

Walking down the entrance hall you also have an additional toilet and a large closet containing the washer drier. You then enter the open plan living area. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped, including a Dualit coffee maker and your very own cocktail bar! A dining table, comfortably seating 4 people and a fantastic lounge area with plenty of sofa space for everyone! Snuggle down, sit back, relax and enjoy a film on the flat screen TV.

Apartment 107 @ Ryedale House is the perfect base for visiting York. Being only an 8 minute drive from the railway station it is perfectly placed for your York City break, with all the high end comfort that you would come to expect when booking Ryedale House. The condo is in a building of similar rental properties. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures. We really appreciated the welcome basket with some local snacks! We would definitely stay here again.

I have been lucky to stay at ryedale house a few times in different apartments This apartment is perhaps my least favourite the layouts are very similar just different decors Spacious apartment no views to speak of just the car park and other apartments but being on the first floor what can you expect and slightly noisier than higher apartments The apartment was a little chilly perhaps if I had read through the manual I could have turned the heating up but don’t like to mess around with these things. Our only gripe was that the duvets were wafer thin and the pillows almost flat in both bedrooms they definitely need replacing But all in all apart from the pillows the apartment was definitely adequate for a 2 night stay but I would choose a higher floor in future

A great place to stay, secure entry, a well appointed apartment, spacious bright comfortable rooms equipped with everything but a rack or clothes maiden to hang your towels after your ablutions. Great Wi-Fi and TV would not hesitate to visit there again.

Modern Bright Apartment in York

Well located,good facilities. A few things could be addressed cracked and chipped mugs,dangerously broken pedal bin,and showers that you could not control temperature properly but that said these are small points and in general this was a great place to stay.

The best place I have stayed in York

Excellent accommodation the apartments are new ,very well furnished and right in the heart of the city . We have stayed in York on several occasions and this apartment was the best ,I booked this through staysyork.com they were also very helpful kept me updated and sent me all the useful information on the apartment and also getting around York Will definitely return hopefully soon . Loved the apartment in a great location for all of the main attractions in York. A small coffee table in the lounge would be recommended and the windows could do with a good clean. Carparking at the apartment would be preferred. We would recommend and would stay again. MacDonald family

Beautiful apartment with fantastic space, an amazing kitchen-living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. A short walk to an amazing street full of restaurants & Spark, which is York’s version of the Shoreditch Box, with even more places to eat and drink. I had an amazing time soaking up history, culture and the warmth of this wonderful city.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very comfortable and in a good location and I would use it again but a few small things could make it even better: 1. More places to hand towels in the bathrooms 2. A few more mugs, there are just 4 very small mugs 3. Better pillows and duvets, the pillows are uncomfortable and the duvet is very thin. They felt like they were of the very cheapest quality Also the hot water tank is too small for 4 showers one after the other, but it is easy to resolve if you switch on the immersion heater as soon as you get up. On a positive note the hair dryer worked really well and there were nice night lights in the bathrooms and lots of storage. The arrival food gift bag was also a lovely touch.

107 @ Ryedale House, York

After a week’s stay at this apartment I can definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future. It’s spacious and comfortable and right on the edge of the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did have a problem using the sink for washing up, due to the plug not fitting properly. The beds were comfortable, but all parties felt the duvets were on the small side. Maybe king size would be better. Also there were no towel rails/hooks in any of the bathrooms and toilet. The bathrooms have a small radiator, but not big enough for two bath sheets and hand towels. Just a couple of suggested additions that would make the apartment perfect
