Viking Vista Retreat is a spacious 3-bedroom + den, 3.5-bathroom luxury home that’s an incredible mountain getaway for multiple families or groups of up eight. Blue River is just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes, providing a prestigious escape from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. Your group will love the private hot tub, pool table, and multiple bedrooms with fireplaces and incredible en-suite bathrooms complete with jetted tubs and walk-in showers — this home is perfect for multiple families to share!

The crown jewel of this home is the spectacular and spacious living area with soaring vaulted ceilings, upscale furniture, two-story river rock gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking down the Blue River valley. Incredible views are the rule here. Beautiful art and tasteful décor give this home a lavish feel while the serene surroundings provide a private setting.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and two ovens for whipping up a home cooked meal. An incredible dining room which has a large table with seating for 12 with room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Wonder place to stay. Our second time there. If anything was to be improved would be something to deal with the snow/ice outside of the garage and drive. It never gets sun and has a lot of build up making it very treturous getting in and out. Would also be nice to have more markers lining the drive as especially when there is a large snow fall and or snowing it is very difficult to see where the drive way is backing out.

The property was great, but the front door keypad is not working, and we had to call the company to get a garage door entry code. The cleaning company that they use is not doing a very good job cleaning all the bathroom floor mats. There was lots of hair. But it is still a wonderful property, and we would stay there again.

Beautiful duplex home. Very well located to Breck particularly if you're traveling in from the South. Kitchen very well supplied. Very clean and homey. Open and large enough that our large group could spread out and was very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and pool table.

Stayed in this home with extended family and teen kids. Absolutely the perfect space for all of us and wonderful views. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but conveniently located to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again. The management company was easily reached for any questions we would have. Hope to come stay again soon.

Beautiful home, perfect location. Very minor things. Didn’t have trash bags or new sponge or wash clothes for dishes or countertops. Manager checked on us through out the week and told us we can go to office for those items needed but the day we needed or could go the weather was nasty and I didn’t feel comfortable driving. Also for a house that big I think there should have been more towels. Oh and more laundry soap. This place was amazing and comfortable for big family. Would stay again

Love-love-loved this place!

Our stay was amazing from the point of entering the property and continued to amaze at the point of checking out. The owners and management went above and beyond to make this unit comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, supplies were well-stocked, and there was a great variety of entertainment—our favorite was to watch the snow drifting slowly down to dust the trees and the ground. The many windows surrounding the unit allowed a wondrous view of the mountains around us. Checking out was simple and didn’t require half a day’s work to meet requirements, as our past experiences with other rentals did. I would recommend future renters to bring food because once they enter this unit, they’re not going to want to leave—not even for food!

It is a nice location that is close to the activities Breckenridge has to offer yet tucked away in the relatively quiet woods of Blue River. We had a few minor issues that were addressed promptly by the Summit staff. This is the second year we have used Summit to rent a property and they seem to run a very tight ship. The homes have been ready on time, clean and nice. The staff is friendly and responds to calls and texts in a timely manner. They are a pleasure to work with and I will use them again in the future. We also had great meals at Mi Casa, Michael's, Bangkok Happy Bowl and Breckenridge Brewery.

Overall, the house was very comfortable and very well equipped.

The house lives up to its description and advertising. It was well equipped and comfortable. It was also a huge plus to have access to the garage as the snow and low temps would have made leaving the car outside a big challenge. We highly recommend this home. Only complaint, and area of improvement, is the pillows. Most were hard and not very comfortable. If the owners provided some softer pillows, this house would be a 10/10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us. It has the cozy, warm, Colorado feeling that we were looking for. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and had all the amenities that we needed (even extra things we did not expect). The kitchen/living room was cozy and spacious all at the same time so we could work on putting a puzzle together while others could be lazy and relax on the comfortable couches and watch TV. The view was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for the kids in all the rooms and for them to enjoy the hot tub and the pool table. We don't have a single negative thing to say about this house. They even showed up bright and early in the morning and plowed the driveway for us when it snowed. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and I mean that.
