Amazing cottage, in a fantastic location. It was well equipped and immaculate, also some lovely details, loved some of the pictures and the bathroom cabinet. Will definitely stay again!

A perfect resting spot if you want to explore the centre of Brighton. We stayed Wed-Fri; it got a little noisy on Thursday evening, and if you're bringing a car, parking is quite expensive. But if travelling car-free and looking to enjoy Brighton's nightlife, this is the perfect place to stay.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to the seafront and the town. The cottage has all the amenities required and the bedrooms are a good size, however the pillows could do with being replaced. There was a bit of noise in the street at night, but we like to sleep with the windows open.Overall a nice stay for a couple of nights.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage near Brighton beach. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable for 4 people, and the beds were really comfy too. The location was perfect — close to the beach and all local amenities, so everything was within easy reach. Great value for money and we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I would stay again with some improvements. Need more kitchen tools (pots, pans, broom, dustpan, bigger refrigerator, microwave). A dishwasher would be nice but not absolutely necessary. Bedside tables for small bedroom would be a great addition, as well as hooks for clothes. Small bathroom has wonderful hot water and living/dining rooms are comfortable. Front room windows need to be cleaned of seagull poop. Nice location near restrooms and shops. Potential renters could benefit from information about the area and what to do with garbage.
