:( I rely heavily on customer reviews and feedback when choosing a VRBO property. This property did not meet our expectations. We had an issue with ants in one of the bedrooms and bathroom…. Upon arrival we noticed that there were ants in the sink, on the floor, walls, furniture and in the bed. We figured it was due to the house being closed up, so we didn’t make a big deal. The next day the problem got worse and we notified the property owner right away. He suggested dropping off spray and having someone come clean. He asked for pictures so he could send them to the exterminator he uses. No one cleaned but there was ant spray dropped off when we arrived home that night. He said the exterminators came and sprayed the outside of the house but we did not see them.Needless to say, the problem was not resolved during our stay. The owner offered a one night refund and we had been chasing him ever since for that refund. Poor communication….. Even worse customer service.Great location and cute decor.
