This beautiful 3-bedroom condo at The Seasons in Sandpoint is the perfect place to stay, play and getaway.Ā  The incredible views of Lake Pend Oreille combined with the ability to stay in downtown Sandpoint and walk everywhere makes this home a place you'll want to return to again and again.

This condo is set up to help you relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity around you.Ā  Late spring and summer, watch the Thursday and Sunday sailboat races from the private deck.Ā  Create a great meal in the fully appointed kitchen, with gas cooktop and oven.

Workout at the Resort's fitness center, play ping pong or stroll around the grounds.Ā  The heated pool is open year long, as is the large hot tub.Ā  Morning coffee and tea, with the day's newspapers are provided at the Retreat Center and a relaxing stay isn't fully complete without a visit to the Wildflower Spa (located on the 3rd floor of the Retreat Center).Ā  Seasons at Sandpoint is the ONLY luxury waterfront resort in town.Ā  Incredible restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.Ā  The Pend Oreille Bay trail starts at the end of the resort and takes you 2 miles along the waterfront.Ā  Finally, Schweitzer Mountain, Idaho's largest ski resort, is just 30 minutes away -- making this condo an ideal location all year long.

Marina slips are available in limited quantities to rent for your stay (summer months only), as well as paddle boards, kayaks, Hobie kayaks, and boats.Ā  Book Today.

**Note:Ā  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later),Ā the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.Ā  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.Ā  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

The seasons is a wonderful resort. Our condo was exactly as described. It was the cleanest rental I have ever had. Spotless. Everything including the comfortable beds was well appreciated by me and my family. The barbecue area is also immaculate. The pool and hot tub are lovely with a gym and locker room nearby. There are no loud voices allowed so if you have kids, you need to be aware of that! There are two great trails nearby to walk. One around the lake and one along the creek. Sandpoint is a cute town with great restaurant options and fun little shopping area.

Wonderful family getaway for 2 adults and 3 teens! True waterfront with amazing views, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and amenities just as described - all within easy walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. Great home base for all our adventures. Property is well maintained and very clean. Easy access to lake, pool, hot tub, running trails, City Beach, etc. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent!

The accommodations were wonderful and the only thing lacking was better lighting in the sitting area rather than the couch. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Lakes and Mountains are Beautiful

We planned to ski at Schweitzer Mountain and selected the Seasons Sandpoint for its location on the lake, proximity to downtown, and skiing. All four of us immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful condo, which was very clean, had comfortable accommodations, and a fully stocked kitchen The views were excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and met fellow skiers and travelers. We can imagine the summer here with activities on the lake and in town. We plan to visit again.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best time!! We live in Montana and wanted to try somewhere new that was fairly close by so we chose Sandpoint. We are so glad we did! The town is adorable and the condo was amazing! Even better in person! We could walk to shops and restaurants nearby, there was a cute art fair going on and my kids had a blast! It seemed to be mostly young families staying in the area and everyone was very friendly. The condo was spotless, cozy and stocked with everything we needed! The beds were amazing! Highly recommend! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

I loved the color schemeā€¦..blue and white are my home colors. I even had the same pillow that was in the livingroom in MY LIVING ROOM!! From Pottery Barnā€¦.. All was excellent exceptā€¦ā€¦ *we reported several times that there was no garage door opener deviceā€¦we were never given oneā€¦.we parked outside but it was not too much inconvenience, as there wer plenty of outside empty slots *difficulty w oven when roasting our Prime Ribā€¦..Iā€™m not sure we ever were able to figure out why it didnā€™t roast! *

Family Vacation in Sandpoint

We had an amazing stay in Sandpoint, thanks to this property and its central location. Beautiful property, with gorgeous views, right on the lake. Close to everything in downtown Sandpoint and able to walk for dinner, shopping and activities. They were able to set us up with paddle boards and kayaks as well. Beautifully furnished, very well stocked condo. A quiet, secure location right on the lake. Beautiful views and a quick walk into town. Every restaurant we ate at was fantastic and the condo had all of the details down to the waffle maker and Keurig coffee maker. Really appreciated all of the amenities, countless towels, beautiful Restoration Hardware furnishings. Would definitely return! Thank you!
