Apartment situated on the second floor with lift and views of the garden and communal pool.
The homeowner or property manager will ask for a deposit of €200 and is required to collect the tourist tax in the amount and conditions determined by the local authorities.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed for two people in the lounge-dining room. Full bathroom with bath. Small equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge-dining room with door leading to the outdoor terrace, with table and chairs.
Free wifi and communal parking outside without an assigned space.
The communal areas include a tennis court, communal pool (plus a pool for children), playground, shared barbecues and a large private parking area. The building has 4 lifts. A path to walk to the beach goes from the barbecue area.

Bathroom: toilet, bath and towels.
