Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with large private terrace, sea views, walking distance to the beach, air conditioning, WiFi and private parking.

Lovely apartment, recently furnished to a high standard, located within walking distance of the beach and the marina and available for holiday rentals and long term winter lets.

The apartment has a wonderful large south-east facing terrace which catches the sun from morning to late afternoon and has great sea views.

The double bedroom has an en-suite showerroom and the twin bedroom has the use of the family bathroom. For an extra child, there is a sofa-bed in the living room which can be prepared.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the property is installed with WiFi, cable TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

Maximum 4 adults, sofa bed for 1 child.
