Set on one level, the apartment provides a calm base with a shared 12m x 12m swimming pool, a terrace, and outdoor furniture for enjoying warm, sunny days.
Inside, the apartment features air-conditioning in the bedroom, a lounge with seating, Wi-Fi, TV. The kitchen is equipped for self catering and includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and electric hob rings, along with dining utensils. It accommodates up to two people in one bedroom, with the option for one additional guest on sofa bed in lounge.
Views include peaceful country, garden, and pool scenes, and the property there is a garden area with grass and trees. Supermarkets a short drive away.
Guests can enjoy private on-site parking, sun loungers, a communal barbeque and washing machine and a terrace ideal for dining outdoors. Pool towels are available, and the surrounding area offers easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches, golf, and local transport links including a nearby train station.
A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
