A cosy three bedroom property sleeping five guests in the heart of Seaton. Newly decorated, Mulberry Mews is just a short walk to the seafront and Esplanade where you can enjoy and take in the views from the mile long beach. The picturesque Axe Harbour is an easy walk along the coast. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops. A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen’, shops and weekly street market is a 15 minute drive. Mulberry Mews is a great property for a family to enjoy a seaside escape.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric hob with electric fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, dresser, dining table and chairs.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, w.c.

Hallway: Fridge/freezer, back door to garden.

FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, fitted wardrobe, armchair, occasional table, window seat.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, wardrobe, window seat.

Bedroom 3: (Access from steps up from double bedroom) Single bed (3'), bedside unit.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Patio and small garden, charcoal BBQ, outside dining table and chairs. Outhouse with washing machine. East Devon council parking permit provided


Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs allowed. £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in rent.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided. Can be hired upon request.

Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.

Place was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. It's right in the town centre so great location. Car park a short walk away. Highly recommend the picture house for breakfast (only a few days a week).
