Three-room apartment for up to three people on the first floor: It features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and a triple room with two single beds and a pull-out bed. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a covered veranda with sea views, furnished with a table and five plastic chairs.

The property is located in Cannigione di Arzachena, a charming coastal town on the northeast coast of Sardinia, boasting an idyllic setting on the Gulf of Arzachena. Note: Small pets are allowed upon prior registration and a one-time fee of €50.00 applies. Beach service with one parasol and two sun loungers can be booked upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee. Access to the pool at the nearby Sporting Hotel, just 100 meters away, is included. Please note that the use of towels from the apartments is not permitted at the pool, and swimming caps are mandatory.
