Bedroom 1 – Master (King size)
A spacious and bright master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, two chests of drawers, and an end-of-bed storage bench. Ideal for couples or guests seeking a restful stay.

Bedroom 2 – Double
A bright, comfortable bedroom, recently painted with a double bed, chest of drawers, and ample storage.

Bedroom 3 – Attic (Double Daybed)
A bright and flexible attic bedroom included as standard. Features a double daybed (can be used as a single if preferred), a desk, shelving, and full heating for year-round comfort.

Bedroom 4 – Single (Optional)
A bright, cosy single bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe overlooking the garden. This room is locked by default and available on request for an additional £70 per stay. Standard additional guest nightly fees also apply.

The house benefits from a south-east facing garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun, and is well suited to both short and longer stays.
