The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

We also offer the option to pre-arrange a wide range of services to make your stay even more enjoyable - from boat rentals and private chefs, to wellness sessions and grocery deliveries.

Please note that house parties and events are not permitted at the villa.

Music, parties and noise‌

It is totally unacceptable to disturb neighbours with music or noise. Music and sounds between 22:00 and 08:00 should never be heard outside of the grounds of the property. Parties are strictly prohibited in all properties and should the police be called to the home, then you as the Client will be held fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property.

Gatherings and dinners for more guests than the property’s capacity are strictly prohibited unless otherwise prior agreed in writing. Permission will be granted at the owner’s discretion. Sound systems other than those provided by the property are strictly forbidden unless agreed by Privadia and the owner prior to arrival. Any breach of these terms can result in the cancellation of the contract and eviction from the property, with the loss of the total cost of the booking and the security/damage deposit with no possibility of reimbursement.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all rooms, hallways, and common areas. Where permitted, smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided receptacles. Lit cigarettes must never be discarded on the ground or in any other location that could cause a fire.

Any evidence of smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, will result in additional charges to cover cleaning and restoration costs. This fee may be increased to cover any additional damage caused by smoking.

​General use of the property

On the day of departure, the property's facilities should be left in the same condition as on arrival. It is important to ensure that all equipment and contents are left clean and in good condition. Failure to do so will incur a deduction from the damage deposit. Extra cleaning can be arranged for the duration of the stay, please inform us before arrival if you would like to use this service.

Keys

In the case of lost keys and fobs (failure to hand in the same number of keys supplied on arrival) we are obligated to deduct from the damage deposit the costs including administration fees, for lock changes and maintenance services.

Furniture and fittings

It is strictly prohibited to change the position of the furnishings in the property or to carry out any other modifications.

Water, electricity and internet

Cuts to the supply of water, electricity or Internet are not regular. However, the local authorities can occasionally cut or limit supplies for short periods of time. Privadia can take no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by temporary cuts to supply.

Capacity of the property and number of occupants

Each property is prepared for a determined number of occupants. It is not permitted in any event to exceed the maximum occupancy of the property as advertised.

It is the responsibility of the Client at all times to ensure that the number occupying the property matches the number of people on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in eviction or the payment of an occupancy supplement.

On arrival, if the criteria of the group differs from that stated on the reservation form, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property or adjust the damage / security deposit accordingly.

Property access

The Client shall allow the owner, Privadia and / or any designated firm access to the premises at all reasonable times to inspect the premises or to carry any work that may be required.
