AN IDEAL SPOT ON AN IDEAL BEACH! Casa Del Mar sits directly on TAMARINDO BEACH with a large living room opening to the cool ocean breezes. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - sleeps 4.

Incredible 2 BEDROOM- 2 BATH: Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning as does the TV-COMPUTER room. Full kitchen open floor plan with living/room kitchen, opening onto private ocean front patio. Enjoy the outdoor shower when you come in from the beach. There is CABLE TV-FIBER OPTIC Wi-Fi and maid service. BBQ. Secured private off street parking.

Located in a walled tropical garden, quiet neighborhood midway between Langosta and Tamarindo with a 10 minute walk to town for restaurants, shops and night life. Secluded neighborhood across from Isla Capitan and three doors north of Hotel Capitan Suizo, a premier hotel.

Enjoy days of swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, reading, kayaking, relaxing on the patio, schedule a massage, moon light walks on the beach. Watch the monkeys move through the almond trees. Beach chairs and boogie boars available.

A the rear of the house is a studio apartment, Casita Del Mar, which sleeps two and if need be a the property can sleep a party of 6.

This is a very comfortable two bedroom two bath beachfront property that is a great value. Easy walk to the beach front restaurants and bars. The property owner has a great manager to answer your questions and guide you in the right directions.

Excellent location and property

This is an excellent house on the south side of Tamarindo Beach. Surfing is great and less crowded than in the north part of the beach. The house has everything you need and the customer service was fantastic.

Such an amazing property! House is steps from the beach and a great surfing spot! Very clean with a fully loaded kitchen. Maid and gardener came 3 times and kept everything nice and clean. Close enough to the downtown area but far enough for quiet and privacy. Property is gated and feels very safe. Property manager William is always available and helped with airport transfers. House has beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards available for use. I would highly recommend to anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about it

The location was ideal. We swam in the ocean every day, swam out to the island several times, walked along the beach to get to restaurants and coffee in town, and even caught a few waves right in front of the house. The house itself was the perfect size for my family of four, and more than once the teens declared how much they loved being in this place rather than a hotel in the middle of town.

Casa Del Mar was perfect! Great location on the beach, lovely home, good amenities, great property manager and exceptional overall place when looking to stay in Tamarindo. Outstanding location and service

As good as the beachfront location was, the overall service was even better. From the ease of the airport pick up to collecting items on our shopping list was outstanding. We also needed an ice chest on spur of the moment for the fish we caught and Willy was able to get us one. Everyone was extremely impressed with the entire experience of this stay! 10 out of a 10.

Best location ever!

Location, location, location - literally steps to the Pacific! Nothing like waking up and looking out to the ocean and sitting back and listening to the sound of the waves from the residence. It's also very central to food and shopping - literally in the center of everything, without feeling crowded. Many amenities, and the resources provided by the owner (chairs/paddleboards etc) facilitated an enjoyable stay. Both owner and manager were extremely communicative and provided helpful recommendations.

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, so has been a property manager in Tamarindo for over 25 years, not only does he meet you at the property when you check in, he also is available to book most any activity for you during your stay.

Why they chose this property

Our property sits about 50 steps from the sand and is only a 15 minute walk to the center of Tamarindo. The waves are a nice size as many of the surf schools hold classes right in front of the property.

What makes this property unique

Our property is completely walled in with off street parking, although you do not a car since most everything is within walking distance. The property has a nice flower garden and great mango tree where the monkeys hang out during the mango season, Feb. and Mar. The front patio doors, when open, allow the ocean breeze to flow through out the house with its raised ceiling. The front patio has chase lounge chairs and table and chairs all with white water view.
