Cozy, cute, quiet. The pond was nice.

It was too small for me but everything I needed was there.

Cute and cozy!

  • 5 of 5

This was just the right size for the two of us. I loved the charming nautical decorations. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed (coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, etc.). We really enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room, and a peaceful canoe ride at sunset was a perfect way to relax at the end of a tourist-y day. The grill is down the hill by the water, but there is a picnic table there too. There isn't AC, but the evenings were cool enough with the windows open, so we were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. :)

long weekend getaway

  • 3 of 5

This small cottage is in a beautiful wooded, quiet community with a short walk down a hill to a beautiful, peaceful lake. Ceiling fans in every room and a great sunroom with dining table, and sofa and chairs. Great location in Chatham but away from crowds. Suitable for 1 or 2 people. In summer I would suggest bringing a battery operated fan for the bathroom.

Quiet and cozy oasis for a wonderful weekend away.

  • 5 of 5

A close friend and I recently spent Labor Day weekend at "Cozy Quarters" in Chatham. The cottage exceeded our already high expectations, and was fully accurate to what was described in the listing. The cottage and location were excellent! We could have spent the entire weekend at the cottage and on the pond and been very happy. The cottage is small, but perfect for two people, very comfortable and is well equipped with virtually everything one would need for a weekend (or longer) at the Cape. For what it lacks in size, "Cozy Quarters" makes up for in comfort, charm and convenience. The nautical and "beachy" decor helped to welcome us to the Cape and set the tone for an awesome weekend get away. The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and makes the most of its small footprint as it is full of charm and amenities.

The grounds are beautiful, and the sunset over the pond cannot be beat! The location in Chatham is excellent (right off of Rte 28) just a short drive from town, the beach, excellent restaurants, and every convenience that you may need.

The owner Tara was very helpful and organized and renting her beautiful cottage was a very easy and enjoyable experience. We have just returned to reality and are already planning and dreaming of our next chance to return! I highly recommend "Cozy Quarters" to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chatham!

The Coziest of Stays

  • 4 of 5

I traveled to Cape Cod for a girls trip in July. The location, size and amenities of this cottage were satisfactory for 2 people. The cottage is located in a woodsy cottage community. You are far enough away from neighbors to have privacy, but close enough that you don't feel secluded. The cottage was clean, charming and stocked with essentials. My favorite part of the cottage was the sunroom - a perfect place to eat breakfast or read a book.

The town of Chatham is very quaint and one of the nicest in The Cape, in my opinion. There is not a lot to do in Chatham, but it is in a central location to most other Cape Cod attractions. A must-see Chatham attraction is the lighthouse and adjacent beach - the scenic drive to the beach is filled with beautiful homes and inns. There are only a few restaurants, but the cottage is located less than 5 minutes from a CVS Pharmacy and small grocery store. We stocked up on food for the week and cooked breakfast and dinner most days.

I would definitely recommend this cottage to 1 or 2 people looking for a relaxing, quaint, cozy stay away from the touristy parts of the area.

A very lovely cottage!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for a few days around July 4th. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and bright this cottage is. It is also furnished with comfortable furniture and enough cooking tools. Sitting in the sun room eating dinner we cooked in the cottage kitchen was very relaxing. We even saw a fox walking on the path in front of the cottage looking at us through the window. It was a short drive to Chatham town, as well as the pier and the wildlife sanctuary where my husband enjoyed fishing on the beach. Tara is always accessible to answer questions and give advice. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you, Tara!
