Recently renovated apartment ,, it consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, located on the third floor of a building of 4, with elevator.
The large room is decorated in a functional way, with a large wardrobe that has inside also a comfortable bed Fold-away bed, which allows during the day to increase the living space. Complete the decor of the room a single sofabed.This room is climatized.
The kitchen has a nice stone kitchenette, a washing machine,a dining table, and a relaxation area with a Ikea double sofa bed and TV LCD.There is access to a balcony, with enough space to be able to have dinner watching the sea ..
The bathroom is spacious, with a big shower cabin. ..
The whole house is facing the sea front, visible within 100 meters and parking, all free, are located right below the balcony ..

Beach town condo

The place was beautiful! It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach which multiple delicious italian cuisine restaurants along the side of it. It was about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station and only 30 minutes in total to get to the heart of rome. Totally recommend staying here ! Plenty of room to spread out and a lovely kitchen with an ocean view. The host was very nice and helped us with any questions that we had whenever we had them. No complaints at all

Great location to enjoy the sea and also Rome

We stayed in the apartment 9 days in July, 2 adults and 2 kids. It is an excellent location to enjoy sea and also to visit Rome. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable (also a washing machine which we found very useful). Outside was very hot but the air conditioning was working well so was not a problem. Close to the apartment (5 minutes walk) there are public and private beaches with sand, clean and not too crowdy. We found in the area supermarkets and also nice restaurants (on the seafront) so we enjoyed the Italian cuisine. The bus station is across the street so you can reach easy the train station if you want to go to Rome (35 minutes journey). The owner, Marcello, gave us useful information about the area and helped us with organising the return trip to Ciampino airport. Thanks Marcello! We had a great holiday in a great location.

Fantastic stay and friendly / flexible host

We had an amazing stay that was perfect for our first two days of a 2 week trip to Italy. It is 15 minutes from the airport and right on the beach. Everything you could need is 2-5 minutes away. Marcel is a great communicator and even met us early. Great place with amazing amenities. Can't beat the price.

Siamo stati qualche giorno in questo delizioso appartamento situato a due passi dalla spiaggia.Volevamo visitare Roma,ma senza stare nel caos cittadino ed Ostia e' stata la soluzione ideale.L'appartamento e' piccolo ma e' una buona base di partenza per visitare Roma senza spendere molto per una famiglia di 5 persone.Pulizia della casa e gentilezza del proprietario completano il quadro!

L'appartamento e' situato in una zona ben fornita da negozi e vicino la spiaggia.L'appartamento risulta piu' piccolo rispetto a come e' presentato sul sito,ma comunque adatto per 3 persone.La cosa che piu' ha colpito me e la mia famiglia e' la cordialita',disponibilita' e soprattutto correttezza del Sig. Marcello e questo e' un aspetto oggigiorno importante;percio' anche il prossimo anno ci fara' piacere tornarci! Elena T.

Real taste of Rome!

We stayed 3rd time in this cozy apartment. This place has everything you need in the kitchen, the sea view from the balcony is another great advantage of this apartment. Marcello - the owner always ready to help to give advice, tips, etc. Walking distance to local church, supermarkets, reasonable pizza restaurants, cafes, bars. It takes 30 minutes to get by bus and tube to St Peter's Square. one train station to admire Ostia Antica. You can't miss the chance for a romantic walk along the nearby beach and pier. Esperienza magnifica

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Marcello è stato magnifico! La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina sia alla spiaggia che a ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Inoltre, non vi sono problemi per il parcheggio. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornarvi, ci si sente davvero a casa!

BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING OCTOBER!

Нашей семье понравилось в Остии. Все рядом-море, бесплатный пляж,кафе,рестораны,рынок,магазины,остановка автобуса. Ходили везде пешком с ребенком.Мы отдыхали не в сезон поэтому все платные пляжи тоже были бесплатными. Раздевалок на пляже нет. Квартира маленькая и уютная. С видом на море. Все необходимое есть. спасибо! Our family enjoyed in Ostia. All near:sea, free beach, cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, bus stop. We went everywhere on foot with children.My relaxed off-season so the beaches are private or free. Dressing rooms on the beach there. The apartment is small and cozy. With sea views.Inside,there is all you need. Thank you!

Vorrei rispondere che Il favore me lo fanno in primis quelli che hanno scelto la mia proprieta' e che finora hanno recensito al massimo dei voti la loro esperienza di soggiorno.Purtroppo in questo caso la prenotazione e' stata contestuale all'arrivo.Cio' ha provocato la stesura di un contratto in fretta,nel quale e' stata omessa per errore la voce pulizia finale,di cui prontamente sono stati informati gli ospiti che avevano comunque accettato l'errore. Chiarisco comunque ai gentili ospiti che tale spesa serve a ripristinare l'appartamento per i successivi ospiti nelle condizioni ottimali in cui l'avevano trovato..NON INCLUDE IN ALCUN MODO LA PULIZIA DEI LORO PIATTI SPORCHI E LO SMALTIMENTO DEI LORO RIFIUTI. I ragazzi sono molto giovani e probabilmente non avvezzi a viaggiare,,ma bisogna capire che la recensione non è un gioco o peggio un dispetto al proprietario,per cui prima di scrivere bisogna pensarci due volte nel rispetto di chi lavora.

Our best weekend

Marcelo has a very good man. The apartment is located in a very convenient location. Seaview has a fine. Everything you need to live next to the house. The Internet is bad, but it's only one drawback. We'll be back again next year. Svetlana.

Séjour agréable

Apparemment conforme à la description, idéal pour 4 personnes, Nous avons été accueilli par la soeur du propriétairé, une dame très charmante, et extrêmement serviable, d'une très grande gentillesse, Elle parle allemand, français et anglais, Elle m'a fait le tour du quartier et m'a donné beaucoup d'informations L'accès à Rome est très aisé, l'arrêt de bus est à à 2mn, mais il faut compter environ 40mn en train pour y être, Dans le quartier: Supermarché, marché couvert, petits restaurants, boutiques, plage... Je recommande.

Una piacevole oasi dopo la visita di Roma!

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato di tutte le comodita' atte ad assicurare un piacevole soggiorno.Il suo terrazzino che si affaccia ad una veduta sul mare da' la possibilita' di piacevoli colazioni e cenette,assaporando la salubre brezza marina.Inoltre è un valido punto di riferimento che da' modo di riposare al ritorno delle camminate piacevoli ma interminabili effettuate a Roma.Ben servito sotto l'aspetto dei mezzi pubblici,con i quali si puo' facilmente raggiungere la Capitale.Infine un grazie particolare al proprietario,il Sig. A Polish family

The flat is well-equipped, cozy, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach where you can admire stunning sunsets in spring months. Easy to get from Chiampino or Fumicino Airport, easy to get to Rome center - just get on the bus 1 or 5 to Ostia Centro and off you go! Nearby the flat there are: pizzerias, takeaways, corner shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes, car services, etc. The owner - Marcello is a very friendly person, ready to help any time you ask. We have already been here twice and we will definitely come back again! Our advice: don't bring too much own food because local shops affer high quality delicious salami, ham dried in the sun, olives, cheeses, fish, fresh meat, whatever. Try Italian taste! Also try to find in the west of the flat a street called Via delle Triremi 53/55/57. On its corner next to the bus stop for bus 1 there is Pasticceria Pizzeria Tavola Calda - the best takeaway and perfect for people on budget holidays. From midday they will introduce you in the best way to Italian lunch or dinner. The flat offered by Marcello, the neighborhood will bring you satisfation from your holidays. Use our experience and take our advice - you will not regret it!

Comfortable,quiet and relaxing holiday!

We had a really nice stay in your apartment.We ate our breakfast at the balcony in the sun which was really nice.Close to Rome and still so quiet and close to the sea.Thank's to Marcello for the free picking up from the train station so we didn't have to walk!Also great that we could use the coffee,olive oil,shampoo,bathing and showergel and laundry machine.It made our stay here much more comfortable and easy. Modern,well furnished and equipped.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood near sea (5 mins by feet). It is very close to bus stop (Corso Duca Genova- Repubbliche Marinare, bus #1). From there it is about 10 minutes to Lido di Ostia (Lido Centro) Train Station, that is very easy to reach from Rome (only 1,50€ trainride, 20 Minutes). The apartment with balcony and view to the sea is modern, very well furnished and was equipped with all things we needed (inclusive washing machine). Marcello gave us detailed locations & descriptions about bars, restaurants & shops in Ostia. He was also available and responsive to every our question or request we had during our stay (we were given the internet access with limited traffic, so we had to reload it once). There is the supermarket (panorama) and marketplace nearby where you can find fresh vegetables and other italian food. All in all we would definitely recommend this apartment especially during summer time!
