The cottage can sleep ten people in five bedrooms comprising a king-size double room with an en-suite and two twin rooms on the first floor, a second floor king-size double room, and a cosy ground floor double bedroom housing a 4' foot bed, accessible from one side only. There is a first floor family bathroom, a ground floor shower room, and a ground floor WC for added convenience. Make use of the well-equipped kitchen boasting two ovens, a 5-ring hob, and a social dining area. There is a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a separate snug for five, and outside, a front patio with furniture, a barbecue, and a luxurious hot tub. There is also ample off road parking, truly making Maesgwyn the perfect retreat for friends and families exploring this glorious region, all year round! Please note: This property will only accept a minimum 7 night stay during UK school Summer holidays. The small village of Beguildy sits amongst peaceful countryside on the edge of the Welsh/English border. Surrounded by green landscapes, the village hosts a public house serving good food, a shop and a Post Office for daily essentials. There is fantastic access for those who wish to explore Beacon Hill, plus a 5 mile route for keen horse riders can be reached on the nearby, beautiful Glyndwr's Way National Trail. A wonderful base for exploring mid Wales and the Shropshire Hills.
