The Space:

Coniston is one of eleven apartments set within a charming courtyard development in the picturesque village of Near Sawrey, just two miles from Hawkshead in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment offers a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room. The open-plan living space combines a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area, providing a welcoming base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Guests also have shared use of an external laundry room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking with electric vehicle charging point available (charges apply, payable on a pay-as-you-go basis) and access to a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Coniston provides a wonderful base for a memorable Lake District getaway. Note: Esthwaite Water is privately owned and managed independently by Esthwaite Water Fishery. Guests do not have automatic rights to access the water, fish or swim, and any permits or access permissions must be arranged directly with the fishery. Please contact Esthwaite Water Fishery directly for further information. Note: This property charges a 100.00GBP Good Housekeeping Bond.

The village of Sawrey is situated two miles from Hawkshead down the eastern side of Esthwaite Water. Sawrey consists of two separate hamlets - Near Sawrey and Far Sawrey - both with a cluster of picturesque cottages, tea rooms and pubs.
