Welcome to my Cozy Beach Home! This is a private beach front luxury condominium located in The Crest Santora Huahin, about 5 kms from Hua Hin town centre. Stay here for a truly R&R time!

The condominium property complex has a private beach, 5 swimming pools, gym, kid's play room, free parking and 24-hours security with CCTV and security guards.

You are welcome to my home as if it were your own home. I give complimentary 1.5 litre bottle of water per night.
**Remark: All reservations booked for personal travel has to be booked by the person who will stay. I do not accept bookings made on behalf of others.**

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The condo has total space 75 sq meters and located on the 3rd floor. It comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living & dining rooms, kitchen and having an unobstructed sea view! The building has a lift, stairs and fire exits.

Master Bedroom:
• 1 King size bed • Flat screen TV • Airconditioner • Ensuite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower • Shampoo and bath soap provided • Wardrobe cabinet • Full length mirror • Blackout curtains • Towels and bed linens provided

Bedroom 2:
• 2 Twin size beds • Airconditioner • Ensuite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and bath soap provided • Wardrobe cabinet • Blackout curtains • Towels and bed linens provided

Living room:
• Sofa bed suitable for 1 person • Flat screen TV • Airconditioner • Blackout curtains

Dining room:
• Dishes, cutlery and drinking glasses are provided • Comfortable seating for 4 people with 2 extra chairs

Kitchen:
• Refrigerator • Microwave • Stovetop • Water pot • Coffee machine • Toaster oven • Cooking pans and utensils are provided • Complimentary 1.5Lit bottle of water per night, coffee & tea are provided.

Other things to note:
If you need a local SIM card, you can easily purchase one from any convenience store like 7-eleven. Another option is to purchase a SIM card upon your arrival at Bangkok International airport.

Money Exchange: It is recommended to exchange money at major banks that have Money Exchange counters located at the airport or around Hua Hin town.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING inside the condo or outside on the balcony. This is strictly a SMOKE FREE home.
• Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially along the hallways.
• No loud noises or music.
• Check-in time is between 12pm to 5pm.
• Check out time is strictly 11am
• When you leave the condo, turn off the WiFi, all air conditioners and lights; close the balcony door and lock the front door.
• When going out for a swim, bring back the beach towels.
• Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and leave the condo quietly.
• Please respect my home as if it were your own home. If you find something in my home that interests you, I can recommend the place where to purchase it.

Enjoy the ocean at low tide

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach at low tide is incredible. The pool was always clean and relaxing. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Cristina was always available with helpful suggestions and responded within minutes of sending her a text.

Very comfortable, attractive home in lovely complex

We chose Hua Hin because of the easy journey from Bangkok. We rented a car and drove down in a few hours, with no problem. Hua Hin reminds me a little of the Jersey Shore--lots of businesses on a strip and then lovely beaches and water views once you get off that main drag. The Crest Santora is a gorgeous property with many pools, one nicer than the next, and beautiful landscaping. There is a beach, but only really accessible at low tide, so we drove to a couple of nearby beaches, which were lovely. We got up to watch the sun rise every morning we were there, which was a highlight. The unit is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable, perfect for our family of four. Cristina was a very communicative and helpful host.
