About this property
The Cornstore - a house that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
A former industrial space turned four-storey hideaway, this is Southwold with a bit of swagger. It keeps a nod to its past on the outside, but inside it's all sharp design, bright rooms and spaces that feel good the moment you walk in. Effortless, a little unexpected, and very easy to settle into.
There's plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, three calm, comfortable bedrooms do exactly what you need them to (namely, guarantee a good night's sleep). The balcony is a winner, coffee in the morning, something stronger in the evening, no further plans required. And the basement? Let's just say it's not what you'd expect…
With private parking and Southwold's beach, shops and restaurants just a short walk away, you're perfectly placed to dip in and out of town life as you please, morning swims, lazy lunches, and eventful evenings.

What makes this property unique
Set across five cleverly arranged floors, this is a house that really earns its keep. The main living level is bright, sociable and properly geared up for real life, an open-plan kitchen and dining space that invites big breakfasts, late dinners and everything in between. The sitting room sits just apart, with a wood burner and light pouring in from both sides, ideal for switching off after a day on the coast.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (with one en suite) keep things calm, comfortable and well considered, served by a smart family bathroom. Right at the top, the principal bedroom enjoys its own floor, complete with en suite and a little more privacy.
The balcony is a great little addition, perfect for a quick reset before heading out or a drink when you're back. Private parking seals the deal (a rare Southwold luxury).
Downstairs the house really shows off. The cinema room is a standout, proper screen, proper atmosphere, and very easy to lose an evening in. A separate utility space keeps everything ticking along quietly in the background.
