We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub it is a great feature. We did love having a fire a couple of nights. It was perfect for 3 families! If you love peaceful and rustic, this is a perfect pick!

This was the perfect set up for three families to enjoy a week at Cooperstown. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was clean and functioning great. We had an issue with the sink backing up and they were over to fix it as soon as they could.

The home was as advertised, well stocked with everything you'd need. The setting is in a beautiful valley with picturesque views of the hills & a pond. We enjoyed watching the deer forage in the field as the sun was setting behind the hills across from us. Three separate rooms featuring queen sized beds made the 3 adults feel at home while our child had his choice of 4 single beads in the loft. We took advantage of the of the hot tub after sunset. Part camp, retreat & hunting lodge..the place was whatever you wanted it to be. Great communication from the on-site hosts while having all the privacy you needed. We'd stay again!

My husband and his friends loved their stay in this incredibly clean and fun home. Communication with the hosts was great - quick responses and always with kindness and flexibility. They enjoyed the hot tub and great views.

My friends and I have been renting properties for many years and this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The house was completely ready when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The downstairs had two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower that accommodated the older ladies that travel with us. the whole house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was such a wonderful and relaxing end to the day and the location was very scenic and totally private

The Lodge was so clean and welcoming- well stocked kitchen- wonderful outside hot tub, hosts were very quick to get us everything we needed even before we knew we needed it! Wonderful gas fireplace- very private stay-wonderful views

Nathan and Dana are wonderful hosts. Their property is a great location for 12U baseball games at Dreams Park Cooperstown. There are lots of great places to eat nearby. Plus it’s a short drive into downtown Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. While our schedule did not give us a whole lot of downtime, there’s a pond on the property for fishing as well as a basketball pole. Our grandsons enjoyed the hot tub!

Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Two other homes are on the property but was not a problem at all. Very private. Owners instantly responsive to messages within the app. AC and washer and dryer were a must for this trip and worked perfectly.
