Very roomy and the rooms were comfortable. There was an odd smell in the apartment above the garage, smelled like wet carpets but was usable after we opened a few windows.

Such an amazing place and great hosts!

We loved our stay! We had a big group of family and this place had everything we needed. The layout is amazing and the host was so responsive anytime we had a question or needed something. Would highly recommend this place!

Best family reunion getaway home

This place is everything and more!!! We had a family reunion and there was space and activities for everyone regardless of age. Location is perfect, the house is perfect and the host is the awesome.

Fantastic Stay

Very clean, tons of stuff for kids to do. Great kitchen supplies. We loved this house had so much space. We had around 20 kids and it never felt loud or cramped. Location is close to town and of course the lake. Will definitely come back to this location!

Great location!

We had an awesome time staying here. There was plenty of room, a very clean environment, and it was very close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved that there were enough bathrooms for our big crew. The kitchen/dining room/great room was very well stocked and there was seating for all. The hosts were quick and very responsive when we had questions. It really served our needs and we would gladly stay there again.

Awesome place for our large family Thanksgiving

This place was perfect for our large family to get together for a great Thanksgiving. We had about 18 adults and 20 kids, and there was plenty of space and plenty of fun. Everyone had a nice place to sleep, and there was plenty of room to cook and eat our Thanksgiving dinner together. The main room had great decorations for the Holidays and the whole place was very clean. The check-in process was simple, and the hosts were great to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to gather around Bear Lake.

Family Gathering

This was a great place for our family to gather. There was plenty of room, including lots of seating for meals, and a really good kitchen. The managers respond quickly to any question. It was a great experience for our family.

What an amazing place!

We had a group of 33 women who enjoyed this lovely home. It was perfect for what we needed and allowed us to have a relaxing and uplifting ladies retreat weekend. The home was perfect and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

The best space!

We have held retreats at several cabins and this has been our favorite by far. The use of space, size of rooms, the layout is all perfect. And the hosts are AMAZING to work with. Always responds quickly and helpful with any questions. Love this property and will rent again.

Great place convenient location to Main Road

this is a great place if you have a fairly large group if you have a ton of people like maxing it out, you may have a little bit of trouble with bathroom space however, open layout is great One thing to point out is that some of the area is outside of the house above the garage and it’s not accessible from the main house so please make sure you pay attention to the floor plan. it was not a problem for us, but something to note. overall, we would stay there again thank you!

Great reunion house.

We booked this house for our family reunion. We have eight adult children who are married and have children. It was important to have a place for each family and let the cousins spend time together as well. With the large spacious rooms we were able to get together without stepping on each others toes. The kids loved the climbing wall, and the games around the house.n there was room for the littler kids to be in with Mom and Dad and the older to be in the bunk rooms. We had a lot of fun.

Thanksgiving 2023

We stayed there for three days over Thanksgiving. We brought all of our children and grandchildren with Plenty of room for all 24 of us. The kids loved the bunk rooms with the slide, climbing wall and swing. The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and everything we could need. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. One of the automatic locks wouldn't work. They were there within minutes to get it working again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Incredible place to stay!!

We absolutely loved the farmhouse at Bear Lake. LOVED it! Can't wait to come back. They had every detail figured out for a big group and we had all we needed. They had two highchairs and two pack and play baby beds and fun things for kids, teens, and adults. We loved riding the bikes to get raspberry shakes or to start off the morning right. And the location was close enough to Garden City park and the state park marina that we were able to come and go to the lake as we needed to with tired kids. We had 25 people and had lots and lots of room for meal time, hanging out, and separate sleeping areas. The paddle boards and fire pit were a lot of fun, too. The decor is so darling, everything was so clean and nice and new, and we felt like royalty staying in such a beautiful place!
