Marco Island Beachfront/Oceanview Condo Completely Renovated

This Condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island. The unit is on the fourth floor of Sea Winds of Marco and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and unbelievable sunsets. The 2 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bath condo has a nice tropical décor for all to enjoy. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the sunsets. (Non- smoking unit).

Property guests are required to pay a parking fee of $50 at registration for an annual parking permit.

Building construction Starts (July 27–Oct). Beach is open; pool access limited. After 4PM and week ends O.K No work on my balcony, expect some noise.
