This Condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island. The unit is on the fourth floor of Sea Winds of Marco and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and unbelievable sunsets. The 2 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bath condo has a nice tropical décor for all to enjoy. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the sunsets. (Non- smoking unit).

Property guests are required to pay a parking fee of $50 at registration for an annual parking permit.

Cute condo!

We enjoyed our stay despite the cold temps in Marco when we were there. The owner was great to communicate with via the Vrbo app or her cell number. Very clean and welcoming condo. The decor is beachy and so cute. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful time at Marco Island

We hadn't enjoyed a vacation for 9 years. The other vacationers were friendly, we enjoyed watching the sun set every evening, relaxed, didn't check email messages and the Sea Wind was a great place to stay. Thank you Sylvia for hosting us. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Amazing stay on Marco island

This is our second stay in the Sea Winds bldg, but a different condo unit. The location of the bldg is perfect, right on the beach. This unit looks like it was recently renovated and very clean. It had everything we needed for 4 of us. The property manager was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Next time we’ll try to get this unit again.

Beach vacation

Clean, perfect easy access to a beautiful beach. Convenient to have a kitchen, and small washer/dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Slight hiccup at check in , with the keys not working- the property had just re-keyed the locks. The manager was very prompt to help. Would recommend this property and stay again:)

Spring break getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable unit. Loved being right on the beach and listening to the waves crash as we went to sleep. We highly recommend renting a boat and spending the day on the intra coastal. So fun!

Spring Vacation

Condo was super clean. Beach chairs, cooler and plenty of towels were provided. Only complaint was that washer and dryer were very loud. All in all it was a great stay. Would stay there again.

Great unit!

Recent updates are awesome. Move in condition when we arrived. Super location and beach view. Only thing I would like to see improved is Wi-Fi. Perhaps an upgraded router would help?

Amazing Beachfront Experience!

My family had a great time in Silvia’s condo for Thanksgiving week! We loved the open feel and indoor-outdoor flow of the condo. Relaxing on the beach, cooling off in the pool, followed by sunset dinners on the outdoor terrace made for an incredible week. The condo is nicely updated and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. Would absolutely book again.

Great Vacation!

We weren't able to go to our "usual" spot in FMB - so a group of us met at SeaWinds. Our condo was fabulous and Silvia provided everything we could need. Very thoughtful amenities. We'll be back if our place isn't finished next year. Loved it!

Wonderful unit– the location and view were perfect!

This was a milestone birthday celebration trip and we had an amazing time–made even better by having a really nice, updated and clean place to stay, plus an amazing view of the ocean! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the floors, but did notice that door/cabinet handles, the kitchen counter and microwave all had noticeable smudges or messes that must have been missed by the cleaning crew. Otherwise, the bed was super comfy, the accommodations were great, we had to purchase our own laundry detergent to wash clothes, and extra toilet paper, but that was no big deal. The front entrance of the building and the elevator area could use an update, however we felt the unit made up for that detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time at Silvia’s property. Exactly as advertised, updated, enough space for our family of 4. We were able to fit a pack and play in the smaller bedroom. We rented a car and were able to get around the island easily, parking very easy. The location can’t be beat. Would love to stay again.

Great Stay on Marco Island

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit on Marco Island. Unit is a little on the small side, but fit our family of 4 just perfectly. Location to beach was perfect. Pool was nice too. A few restaurants/shops in walking distance and everything else just a short drive away. Silvia is an excellent owner and very responsive/helpful to all questions we had.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo, everything was as described if not better. Nightly sunsets from the large balcony were a great way to cap off every day here on the island. Silvia, the host, was very communicative and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire booking process. Fantastic location directly on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We're looking forward to the next time we can stay!
