Bathroom has 3 steps down (painted with non-slip paint) to a separate shower and a bath with hand-held shower attachment, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c. Please note toddlers must be supervised.
Garden: There is no private garden or outside seating at this property but there is access to four acres of well tended grounds.

Parking: There is an allocated parking space near to the property that can fit 2 cars.
