The nearest beaches are 300 m away and the thalasso center also. The house is recent and full foot. It consists of a large room including the kitchen fully equipped dining area and in the porch part the living room with television. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets.
Outside closed private courtyard with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.

The center of DINARD is 15 minutes walk with its shops, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, cinema, casino, its halls open every day and its famous market that takes place 3 times a week.

Hébergement de qualité, très bien situé, proche des commerces (300m du quartier d'Enogat, 300 m de carrefour Market, et environ 15 mn de marche pour le centre de Dinard). Propriétaires tres à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit großer Terrasse. Zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen, gute Matratzen im großen Schlafzimmer. Das unerreichbare Dachflächenfenster konnte per Fernbedienung geöffnet und verdunkelt werden. Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass Bettwäsche/Handtücher und Endreinigung zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt werden. Das sollte transparenter gestaltet werden.

Das hübsche Häuschen liegt in dem sehr empfehlenswerten Stadtteil Saint-Enogat. Wie beschrieben ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.

Vacances en famille dans un endroit très calme et bien fréquenté. Maison bien équipée et facile a vivre. C'est tout a fait ce qui nous convient.

Charmante maison très propre au calme où rien de manque. Les propriétaires ont à l'écoute et réactifs en cas de problème. Tous les commerces sont à moins 5 minutes à pied (boucherie, boulangerie, poissonnerie, presse). En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons certainement.

Vacances à Dinard

Très bon emplacement près d'une petite place avec boulangeries, café, resto et poissonnerie. Dinard est une belle ville, nous étions près de la plage et des chemins de randonnées. Très bon accueil et maison très confortable. Nous reviendrons. Je recommande, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est bien située. La plage et le sentier de douanier est accessible à pied, comme le marché de Dinard ce qui évite de prendre sa voiture. La maison correspond bien à la description. Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Merci pour ce séjour bien agréable pendant les vacances de Noël.

Le logement est aménagé avec goût et est fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié que chaque chambre ait son cabinet de toilettes et ses WC. Vaisselle et couverts en grande quantité. Seul les bols nous ont manqué mais ce n'est qu'un détail! Un grand merci aux propriétaires.
