Dinard Central !!

Very nicely designed property in ideal location in the town. Facilities were ideal for us. Easy access to the beach, the Clair de Lune shore walk, and of course the market. Getting in and out of the parking area a bit tricky as the road is sometimes busy but just needs some care. We have stayed in Dinard many times and this is without doubt the best location we have had.

What a wonderful location!

Dinard was a revelation. A wonderful pied-à-terre, the house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect; five minutes from the market, eight minutes from the nearest beach and ten minutes maximum from the centre, the restaurants, the shops and the cinema. Secure private parking was an added bonus. And Catherine was very easy to deal with. What's not to like?

A perfect getaway

This is fantastic, well designed little house, just a stone’s throw from the market, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The photos are true to the actual property and we found everything we needed. Communication was excellent and Jerome was on hand for our arrival and departure. The only thing we missed was a little freezer, or freezer compartment, but this was a minor detail. We also parked in nearby streets, to avoid manoeuvring into the slot.

The property was wonderful. Very tasteful decor. Bathrooms were exceptional , clean and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped with lovely dinnerware and glassware. Our issue is that there is no freezer therefore no ice for cocktails or just convenience of having a freezer. The location is the best due to the open air market, restaurants, and shopping. Une maison spacieuse décorée avec goût, tres propre et tres agréable à vivre. La cuisine tres bien équipée. La literie tres confortable. Den bisherigen Rezensionen gibt es nicht viel hinzuzufügen. Die Lage ist toll. Sehr nah zum Markt und den Restaurants und natürlich zum Meer. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist super, und man hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit einen Ausflug zu machen ohne sich um den Parkplatz Sorgen machen zu müssen. Auch das Einparken wegen der vermeintlichen Enge stellte nie ein Problem dar.

ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Dinard. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: der private Parkplatz und die Markthalle um die Ecke. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Verwaltern war problemlos und sehr angenehm.

Séjour parfait dans cette maison spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée, une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée et une très grande salle de bain au demi sous-sol avec WC séparé. Schöne 2 Wochen Sommerurlaub in Dinard.

Wir sind bereits mehrfach in der Bretagne und 2 mal in Dinard gewesen. Eine solche qualitativ hochwertige Wochnung hatten wir noch nicht. Es ist alle perfekt und sehr sauber! Wir hatten ein technisches Problem während unseres Aufenthalts und es mußte kurzfristig ein Service gerufen werden. Caterin hat sich umgehend darum bemüht und es kam kurzfristig Hilfe. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Hat dadurch aber morgens und abends ein hohes Verkehrsaufkommen auf der Straße. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Excellent emplacement pour cette jolie maison de ville

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison : proximité immediate (marché, centre-ville, plage, ...), stationnement privé et sécurisé. La maison est confortable, fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Merci à nos hôtes et à Jérôme !

une merveilleux séjour

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Tout d'abord, la propriétaire a été très arrangeante avec nous, que ce soit pour l'arrivée ( car nous avons organisé notre séjour en dernière minute) ou le départ. Maison d'une propreté impeccable, décorée avec goût, parfaitement équipée, et surtout idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour, tout était parfait !
