About this property

Guest House overlooking the Valley

Our guest house is only a few minutes away from both Lexington and Buena Vista. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. Historical downtown Lexington is a great place to spend a long weekend and is full of history. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch or a walk through the surrounding area. Rockbridge County is full of art, culture, parks and trails. There are plenty of nice restaurants and some local wineries and breweries to enjoy.

Lovely Spot with Gorgeous View

The spot is very convenient to I-81 as a stopover going either North or South. The view is stunning, and Lexington is a delightful small town to pick up a bite to eat…sooo much better than a boring hotel room!

Honeymoon stay!

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon road trip through VA, NC, and TN, and it was a lovely first night! The property has AMAZING views of the mountains! Great place! Very clean and well-appointed. This vacation rental had everything we needed for our weekend stay, even our own marked parking space! The king-size bed is super comfortable. The scenery here is beautiful. We would definitely enjoy staying here again on any future trips to Lexington.

We stayed overnight from MA for our trip back to TN. This cozy apartment was just what we needed! Owner responds right away and makes sure you have everything you need. Bed was comfy and the views were gorgeous. Our dog loved her walks around the property. Would definitely stay here again!
