2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo. Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed & the Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. One of the Couches in the Living Room is a Queen Sized Sleeper. Sleeps a total of 6 people (Max Occupancy is 6).
Blind Pass Condominium’s on Sanibel are the only Condos at the quiet & natural environment of Bowman’s Beach. This gives Blind Pass the unique position of being more exclusive at reasonable prices.
The Condo is located on 7 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The association is close to Captiva Island, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge & it’s an ideal location for biking.
The short 5-6 minute walk to the beach is through the wonderfully landscaped & scenic grounds. It is over a foot bridge & on a private path with no roads to cross! This leads to a beautiful private part of Bowman's Beach - famous for it's shells, birds & sunsets!
The grounds have a very clean & beautiful large Heated Pool, 2 tennis courts and free canoes and kayaks that can be used on the bayou.

The property is in desperate need of modernization!
The unit we stayed in was in horrible shape- paint pealing off front door
Rug covering loose tile in Kitchen
Neither electric or hand can opener worked
Bathrooms so tiny - mold on shower walls
Cabnets coming apart
Floors were really loose and nails used to try to tighten we’re sticking up thru carpet in places
Balcony very old and coming apart in places- extra large closets beside each bathroom needs to be turned into part of both bathrooms!!!!!
Could not believe the condition of condo’s for such a rediculous price per week!
I'm sorry that your vacation experience in this unit seemed to be less than desirable. I want to mention that we are onsite Mon-Sat from 9A-4P. I wish you would have stopped by our office during your stay as we would have immediately given attention to a few of the items mentioned in your review. Additionally, we have a guest comment card for each of our units that we encourage guests to fill out as this will give valuable feedback for our owners to make necessary improvements that they may not be aware of. All of our units at Blind Pass are individually owned. Guests will book a year in advance at times in order to get the best completely remodeled units. It is my understanding that the owners of this unit are going under a remodel in the summer of 2018. The association has a strict policy for no renovations during the peak time of November through May. The owners of this unit are aware of the lightly cracked tile in the kitchen and due to our no renovation policy until after season had elected to place a rug on the kitchen floor as to not appear unsightly to their guests. Additionally, the owners offered a discount for your peak week stay of just over $200 for the inconvenience of some updates needed that they were not able to have in place prior to your peak week visit. Once again, we are truly sorry for your experience here at Blind Pass and we invite you to call into our office before booking your next island vacation so we can match you with a better suited unit for your needs.
