Exactly what we we needed

The farmhouse was perfect for our stay. It was in a great location. The dinner suggestion was a definite plus to be able to eat at new places. We would def stay again.

Nice Stay

I took my family (4 young kids) to St. George for the weekend. The Farmhouse was a great stay and would love to stay there again. The community was great and my kids loved the pool! Communication with the management was awesome and overall was a great stay.

Perfect place to stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and felt safe and friendly. We love having a kitchen, bedrooms and privacy. Great location to see all that Washington and St. George has to offer. Staying here eliminated the inconveniences of travel, leaving only the fun!

Always a Pleasure

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, and it is always a pleasant stay. The home is clean and well appointed; however, on this most recent stay there were no hangers in the closets. The closets are large, but there are no dressers to store clothing in, so the closets are the only option. This may be an anomaly, as there were a few hangers on previous visits. So just fair warning there, otherwise, we highly recommend staying here.

Nice little condo with a beautiful shared pool!

We liked almost everything about this place. It has a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were open and all had tv’s in them. The living room really needs an update. The furniture kind of feels gross to touch and you can see how worn out on the edges they are. We liked the layout of the living room though. The other thing was parking was bad. The garage only fits one larger SUV and parking is a few condos away if you have two cars. We had another family member pick up food they had to drop it off then go park and walk back. We’ve stayed in St George and paid about the same with lots of parking out in front of the condo. We would stay here again if the couches were updated.

Great stay

Communication with the property manager was great. Needed information was timely sent to us and easy to understand. We needed to extend our stay one night and my text was promptly returned. The place was clean and set up well. We will definitely deal with Red Rock Properties again!

Someone was able to enter the home

This was a really nice place to stay. However after we were gone all day we returned to find someone else had been in the home and left their Wendy’s food bags on the desk. No one was able to tell us how and who. This was nerve racking to say the least.

Great place to stay!!

Overall this property was great and in a nice location. You are a little bit outside of town, but it is a very new area and complex so everything is really nice. The common areas like pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well maintained. The only suggestion I have for this property is that you should install ceiling fans throughout. Other than that it was an excellent choice for our trip.

The unit is a lot newer than others that we have stayed at in St George. It was very comfortable and we would book it again in the future.

Quick family weekend

The property was in a great location and a great house for large families. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. The bathrooms decor and light fixtures seemed to be very dirty, there was a hand towel in one of the upstairs bathrooms that looked like it had been previously used. There was a bath rug in the downstairs master bath that was dirty and just thrown in the closet. Also, the fridge was clean but I found hair inside when putting our groceries away. I just feel that the cleaning fee for this property was rather high and the house was not up to cleaning standard, especially with Covid on the rise.

Farmhouse

The place was cute and decorated cute. Looked clean, but wasn’t necessarily. My baby crawled on the floor for less than five minutes and his legs were completely black with dirt, found hairball in the carpet, etc. It seems like as long as they make it appear clean that’s enough. My biggest complaint would be the pool key did not work. I called the number provided and never got a return. This is very frustrating when you pick a place with a pool to go swimming and then can’t get in.
