About this property

Holiday home at the foot of the vines

This is a pleasant nicely decorated house at the foot of the nearby vineyards of Saint Emilion. It has 3 stars in the official classification of furnished accommodation.

Fees extra and optional:
The rental of the pack sheets and towels is optional with additional charge: 30 euros for the group and per stay.
Cleaning (optional): 75 euros

Located in a residential area near the city center, shops are less than 5 minutes walk. The nearest railway station will allow you to go to Bordeaux, Libourne or Sarlat regional train.

The cottage has all the facilities of comfort.

For ease of use, the kitchen is open to the living room and dining room in a large through-room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer ).

You have a bathroom with bath and heated towel rail and a separate WC.

Come with family or friends, the house is large enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people:
- Zen bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Ocean bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Vintage room with two single beds (90x200)
Pets are allowed except in the sleeping (rooms)

Guests can relax in a garden of 1000 mÂČ closed and shaded. Barbecue, garden furniture and 4 sun loungers are available. A pleasant space is fitted to the rear of the house, near the vineyards, to take breakfast or an aperitif. It is possible to park several vehicles inside the property.

Want to stay quietly installed: Enjoy TV, wifi, library and board games.

You can also choose to take advantage of nearby activities:
- Wine: St Emilion 12 km, Pomerol and Fronsac 20 km, wine chateaux nearby (2 in the street)

Sehr gemĂŒtliches Haus in Mitten der Weinberge

Ein sehr gemĂŒtliches Haus in Mitten der Weinberge. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. In castillon ist alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, nach st emilion ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir haben besonders den Zug viel genutzt. Ein paar MĂŒckengitter an den Fenstern wĂ€ren super, um die Fenster mehr öffnen zu können.

Gite confortable conforme Ă  la description. Accueil chaleureux par JĂ©rĂŽme et suivi par CĂ©cile trĂšs sympa. Gare Ă  5 minutes Ă  pieds idĂ©ale pour visiter Bordeaux ou Sarlat. Un tout petit bĂ©mol : centre ville pas tres sĂ©curisant mais cest peut-ĂȘtre une impression. Je recommande vivement aux amateurs de vins (de nombreuses caves)

Séjour agréable

La propriĂ©tĂ© est des annĂ©es 70, elle est globalement restĂ©e dans son jus. Il faudrait que les fenĂȘtres soient en double vitrage (Ă  cause de la voie ferrĂ©e) et remplacer la baignoire par une douche. C'est travaux rĂ©alisĂ©s apporterai un plus. Cordialement

Fnktionales Haus und gute Infrastruktur vor Ort

Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht. Diesmal kam eine Klimaanlge hilfreich hinzu. Das Beste sind die schönen alten BĂ€ume auf dem GelĂ€nde vor dem Haus. Hinter dem Haus ist es etwas kahl, deswegen nehmen wir den Tisch und die StĂŒhle nach vorne. Unter den BĂ€umen lĂ€sst es sich aushalten.

Charming Gite close to Castillon-la-Bataille

Lovely well kept Gite a few minutes walk from the centre of Castillon-la-Bataille. Very well presented and all the equipment you need for an enjoyable stay. The garden is private and overlooks a a hillside of vineyards. So relaxing. Also close to the train station with easy access to St Emilion and Bordeaux in one direction and Bergerac and Salat la caneda in the other. Stayed here twice now and can recommend it to others.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s par notre location, au calme tout en permettant de jolies balades dans les environs, gare trĂšs proche, centre ville avec beaucoup d'activitĂ©s pour bles enfants. Nous avons pu faire un atelier artistique parents-enfants, pas mal de visites, de belles balades... La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec vue sur les vignes, voisinage trĂšs calme... Petite villa au milieu d’un grand jardin arborĂ©. Super bien Ă©quipĂ©e tant du point de vue de l’électromĂ©nager, que des petits plus qui facilitent la vie : produits d’entretien, papier d’aluminium, Sopalin, film alimentaire etc... Un seul petit bĂ©mol : les lits en 140 cm et les Ă©clairages un peu tristounets. Une ou deux petites lampes dans le salon donneraient une petite ambiance intime. GrundstĂŒck mit alten BĂ€umen

Funktionales Haus in guter Lage, sowohl fĂŒr AusflĂŒge als auch um alle notwendigen Dinge destĂ€glichen Lebens unaufwendig zu erledigen. Am Ort gibt es BĂ€cker, Metzger, Supermarkt, GaststĂ€tten und Restaurants. Wer mag, kann den Wagen stehen lassen. Nach Bordeaux gibt es eine Zugverbindung.
