The Space

Relax in the inviting living room, furnished with stylish, comfortable seating and a 65-inch TV featuring 220 cable channels, plus Netflix, Prime Video, and Peacock—all ready to stream with no passwords required. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely or stay connected.

Sleep soundly on a Serta king-size bed dressed in crisp cotton sheets. The bedroom also includes blackout drapes, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a dresser, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

The bathroom features soft 100% cotton towels and a tub/shower combination. A private Nest thermostat lets you set the temperature for your perfect comfort.

Rental is licensed and permitted by the City of Roseville. Required TOT taxes (10%)are included in the rent.

Large enough to not feel cramped but still has a cozy feel. King Bed! Pet Friendly yard! Private Off street parking. High End small kitchen with gas range. 55" TV with Cable. Central Heat and Air. Close to freeway and Old Roseville. This cottage is great for the extended stay with tons of Storage, walk in closet, large dresser. Old Roseville is a fun place to visit, great food, wonderful FREE events. We're near 2 hospitals, a race track, at least 10 golf courses and so much more..!
