This is a two bedroom (sleeper sofa available), two bathroom condo located on the beach. It is a third floor unit with a great 3/4 view of the beach. Decorated in a Florida décor. Fully furnished including bath towels and bedding. Kitchen is fully furnished as well. There is a closet located by the elevator with various beach items and you have the use of laundry facilities as well as covered parking.  Private tiki huts located on the beach with beach chairs. Located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and many other activities. A trolley stop is near by to take you up and down the beach. Private tiki huts available on the beach. Come enjoy the white, sandy beaches, and the beautiful swimming pool. It's a beachgoer's dream!

This beautiful beach condo is owned by Edith Finney since 1989. She and her husband enjoyed 16 years of staying in this location until they moved to another location off the beach. At that time, the condo became a rental unit and has been enjoyed by her family and friends over the years. She spends her winter months in Fort Myers and her summer months in a small farming community in Deshler, Ohio.

Why they chose this property

This is a great location for families since the building only has 16 units total, with 4 units per floor and an elevator. Located on a private beach with tiki huts and a swimming pool, it's a wonderful location to sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation!

What makes this property unique

The views from the beach are spectacular and the condo is one mile from Fort Myers Beach Times Square. Within walking distance is a few restaurants and a grocery store. There is a trolley stop located on the street near the condo building.
