Beautiful views and clean

We loved our stay! Perfect location away from the crowds yet still in walking distance of downtown for action. Gorgeous beach and sunset views from your balcony. My kids loved the pool which was never crowded and had gorgeous ocean views.

Our room overlooks the beach, beautiful view! Nicely stocked with kitchen items to cook with. Had a rocker recliner which I loved! Clean and comfortable cute decor. Easy to communicate with host, she was very spot on. Would stay there again.

Villa was clean, well equipped kitchen as well as beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect gulf front view of beach. Smaller complex..no waiting for elevator, pool was not crowded, assigned free parking! Quiet, north end of beach. Host was always accessible and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Suzie was great with all the communication. it was an easy check in and checkout process. We loved the keyless entry to our room. Our view of the beach was fantastic. walking on the beach was just steps away. The condo was very comfortable and quiet in the evening hours. The pool was very relaxing and inviting. We were close to Times Square to drive or to get some good exercise walking if you don’t mind sweating. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect location

This apartment is the perfect location for enjoying Ft Myers Beach. Close enough to town center to easily walk and enjoy the bar/restaurant scene, and yet far enough away to not hear the noise and essentially have a private beach. If the weather cooperates, you will have an excellent time.

It was HOT but that was great because we had the beach all to ourselves a couple of days during our stay. Love the 3rd floor room. Made it easy to walk, but the elevator was great as well. The condo was perfectly beachy. The pool was so nice on those super hot days and the beach path was short and clean. Found a lot of fun shells while we were there. Small but beautiful. It was also just a short drive to great restaurants (Doc Fords was our favorite!) And homemade ice cream (Love Boat is the best).Nightly Sunsets were a big plus to this unit. No driving, just sit on the porch or go down to the pool area or the beachThe only changes I would make are:- providing a couple beach towels, it takes up a lot of space in a carry on- a rug would be nice in the living room and maybe beside the beds (the bed was super comfy!)- bar height chairs and table would have pushed this listing over the top to have a better view due to the railing and screens (which are great to keep the bugs one)We would absolutely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

Adorable small apartment for two people Enjoyed the beautiful view of gulf with the sunsets The European Washer dryer combo really came in handy. There is a Tram that comes to Bowditch Park (free), it came in 20 min intervals so we did not need to walk down to Time Square. Was a great place for a short vacation away from snow & cold, noticed the spring breakers are starting to stay at this end of the island which was never before (tis life). Looking forward to another stay

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient

The condo was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation on the water. It is beautifully updated with all the things you need. The bed was comfortable and the view of the Gulf was fantastic. The building is on the quiet north end of the island so getting on and off the island is easy. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is fairly quiet. One little hiccup with check-in was quickly remedied with a phone call. I will definitely try to book this one again!

Perfect for a couple!

Everything at Mojito Villas was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for the beach even on a busy holiday. I had a question shortly after we arrived and it was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this unit. I do wish there had been a full length mirror, but I just bought one when we went shopping. Make sure to bring beach towels. We had a great anniversary getaway!

Suzy was quick with responses when we needed her to answer a few questions. The unit was plenty of space for a couple with an amazing view of the Gulf. The furniture on the screen porch made it the perfect spot to hang out for coffee, snacks, lunch, cocktails and even dinner, when the weather was warm enough. Unfortunately the January weather was below normal for a lot of our visit, so we stayed inside more than usual. But with two recliners, a sofa and the breakfast counter, that was plenty comfy too. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to shops/restaurants when the weather was warm. On chilly days, the free tram was an excellent option to go to Times Square and not have to find and pay for parking. We always enjoy Fort Myers Beach and this stay was no exception! (Except for the unusual # of chilly days!)

The screened porch is one of my favorite spots too — there’s just something special about coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening with that backdrop 😊🌊 And oh my goodness… January definitely gave us some unexpected chilly days this year! While Fort Myers Beach is typically one of the warmest winter destinations in the country, Mother Nature decided to keep us on our toes. I always say if I could guarantee sunshine every day, I would! ☀️😄 I’m so glad the comfortable indoor seating made those cooler moments cozy and relaxing. Those recliners really are perfect for unwinding after a beach walk. It’s wonderful that you were able to enjoy the easy walk to Times Square and also take advantage of the free tram — such a great way to explore without the stress of parking. Fort Myers Beach truly shines during peak season and spring months, when the days are filled with warm sunshine, gentle Gulf breezes, and perfect beach weather. Comforts of home

Very comfortable unit, with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen saved big money cooking at home, rather than expensive outings for lunch and dinner. Beach access is unbeatable; just a minute to get to what you need, AND all the convenient equipment from chairs to buggy, umbrella, etc. Balcony is very relaxing day and night. Trolley outside your door takes you wherever you need to go. Less than five minutes to shops and restaurants. Hard to think of anything that could improve the experience. We WILL be back! Beautiful beach view from screened in balcony provided lovely sunsets and relaxing coffee filled mornings. The property including the common areas were very clean and the check in/check out process was simple and smooth. Communication with the owner was easy and her response time was quick. We were even able to extend our reservation a day. Would highly recommend this beach front property.

Very quite and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quite and relaxing. It was close to Town Square. We rode our bikes everywhere we went.The beach was very private as well. Not crowded at all. The balcony was great with it being screened in didn't have to worry with bugs.The pool area was nice as well. The bed was very comfortable.it was like being at home.The only issue was the elevator was broken off an on for several days but everything else was great!! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Very nice and clean condo with an amazing view. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and there is an ice maker in the frig. We liked the two recliners in the living room. There are a lot of hooks in the bathroom and hallway to hang towels or hats or beach bags, etc. The water pressure in the shower is great!! Beach is awesome and not crowded. We appreciated the nice beach chairs and umbrella that we used every day. It’s very easy to go to Times Square- either take the trolley, hire a golf cart or walk (it was too hot for us to walk but in the winter it would be great). My only suggestions would be to add some mirrors (we actually bought a full length one and left it there for you) and maybe add a grab bar in the shower (it could be a bit slippery). Also the floor could use a good mopping (it wasn’t terrible but we had to always wear flip flops). Overall it was a very relaxing trip and we would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Estero stay

Our stay at Suzie Sunshine's Ft. Myers Vacation Villas was great. The unit was as advertised. The screened balcony offered a pleasant spot to have morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals in house. The location is great. Being right beside the Bowditch Park made for a quiet beach, and we could have a nice spot on the beach without feeling crowded. Nice to have a beach cart with chairs and umbrella. The unit was clean and had what we needed. Perfect for a couple wanting a Florida respite. We would definitely come back. We will hope to in the future. Thanks, Suzie!

This condo is the very last building on the northern tip of Estero Island directly next to Bodwich park. The scenery here is beautiful and quiet. The Bay is just across the street. And we are a short walk or trolly to Times Square. Nice to be able to park the car for a bit and enjoy a real vacation.
