Parking for Jeeps, trailers, and toys, secured bike storage in the garage, and plenty of room for large groups. This home provides ample dining space indoors and out, a pool table, and two living areas that are perfect for big groups. Allows an escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab while still within five minutes of most amenities. The perfect place to relax in Moab, with a large hot tub to relax in.

We love this house!

This is our third year staying at this beautiful property. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space after a long day hiking or riding dirt bikes. The house has everything you could ask for.

Very very nice.

Very nice property. All is as advertised. Far enough out to have some privacy. Nice beds and furniture. Very well maintained. Owner was very responsive to any needs we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

Moab Paradise

We had a fantastic trip! Our hostess provided great communication leading up to our trip. The house was very easy to find and very close to all the things we wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable and very accommodating. I will certainly go back.

March in Moab

Beautiful property as advertised. Plenty of beds, blankets, extra supplies in the kitchen if you have forgotten salt, tin foil, etc. Cookies and milk left for us were gobbled up right away after our long drive from Vegas. The jacuzzi was just right after a long day of hiking in Devil’s Garden and Delicate Arch. The downtown food trucks were fun. Dewey’s Restaurant right downtown had great food and something for everyone from ages 11-62. There were 3 couches and a sectional for our group of ten, several TV’s, direct TV (to watch March Madness), big table for all of us to sit together and a nice island in the kitchen to serve our food. The kids loved the pool table, too! Thank you for letting us use this cozy home away from home.

So clean!

This was the cleanest Vrbo property we’ve ever stayed at! The house is exactly as pictured, clean, and well-stocked with everything you’ll need—kitchen appliances, an abundance of tableware, soaps, paper towels, etc. Our family hiked at Arches and Canyonlands when possible, and it was great to have the pool table as entertainment on rainy days. There was a minor issue with the keypad, and Joyce was at the house within a few minutes to get it working again. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing home!

The home is beautiful and well taken care of The beds are so comfortable as well as the rest of the furniture. It’s centrally located to town and the arches ,as well as many other activities. The owners are just a phone call away. We will stay here when we return to the area.

Great homebase for Moab

Excellent home base for visiting and exploring around Moab. Property description is accurate. House is comfortable and well appointed. Quiet and filled with everything you need. Lots of spices and what would seem to be a growing collection of snacks and other canned goods left from previous tenants. A plate of chocolate chip cookies and an gallon of milk welcomed us and communication with the owners was excellent. Highly recommended.

Getaway

The family came to Utah last year during COVID-19 lockdowns. It was the ultimate social distancing vacation. Tons of time with nature. So, we returned this year. This location was great for Arches and CanyonLand. If you have never been to CanyonLand or think you should only visit Arches, I highly recommend taking at least a day to visit.

Just like grandma's 💛

Our 17 year old described this property as comfy and homey just like grandma's house. From a mom's point of view...clean, nicely stocked kitchen (spices, pots, pans utensils etc) comfortable beds. Hosts were great communicators.

I was born and raised in Moab and was blessed to raise my family here. Moab is so special to me- the landscape is incredible, and the people here are wonderful.
This house (formerly hosted by my sister, Maggie) is special to me as well and I want our guests to feel at home during their stay. I manage our family's storage facility so I am close by and readily available when needed. I am thrilled to share our home and this amazing place with all of our guests.

Many properties advertise that they sleep many people, however they have limited dining and seating areas which make them truly comfortable only for smaller groups. Our home is unique because there are not only plenty of beds for everyone, but we also have a large living room, separate family room, and garage/man cave. There's plenty of room for your group to cozy up, or spread out among the rooms! We also have a large patio table with plenty of seating, a grill and a large hot tub.
