Newly furnished and renovated (new granite counters and new cabinets and appliances) 2br 2ba ensuite condo. Less than one block to beautiful beach on the Gulf with restroom access at the beach. Discounts for multiple months. 30 day minimum.
Four blocks from Olde Naples, three blocks to the wonderful beach bar at Naples Beach and Golf Hotel and just a short and pretty bike ride or walk to Fifth Avenue restaurants. All new a/c and appliances and furniture. Large new flat screen TVs in master br and living room with high speed internet access and Xfinity cable channels, Xfinity on demand and recording capability. New king size bed with walk-in closet in master br and new queen bed in guest room. Our condo is on the second floor of a two story charming condo building with a swimming pool and outdoor barbecue. Our condo also has a new in-unit washer and dryer and a pleasant lanai. The sunsets each evening at the beach are spectacular!

This is the first time we have advertised the condo for rent so we have set the price below market. We give further discounts for stays longer than one month.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location!

Best location in Naplesl Across from wonderful beach, near downtown, terrific for biking and close to supermarkets! Two bedroom apartment is comfortable and well furnished. Nice TV in master bedroom and comfortable couch and club chairs in living room. Marty is easily accessible and has a maintenance person nearby should he be needed.

We live in Fair Haven New Jersey and love playing tennis, pickle ball, yoga, going to plays and movies, and watching the sunset just down the street. Fortunately Naples has these things and many more. We enjoy hosting friends and family at our condo and are glad you too are able to share in the fun.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is extremely comfortable and did I say it is only steps to the beach? We also have a very pleasant swimming pool at the condo surrounded by palm trees where one can relax and have a nice swim. It is also only 15 blocks to downtown Olde Naples with the shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue. One can also walk or ride your bike to two supermarkets (Publix and Wynns) just several blocks away. You can spend weeks here without ever having to get in your car!
