Adorable 2 bedroom condo on the ocean across from world famous Johns Pass

This quaint, adorable ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is just steps away from the relaxing, heated swimming pool and patio area. Located in the Surf Song condo complex. With tropical decorations throughout, this non smoking residence has been recently updated for added comfort to our guests. Free Wifi.
Ground floor unit puts you at the pool or beach <30 seconds. The open floor plan includes a well laid out living area with large flat screened TV, and kitchen table for four guests. The bright and airy kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with utensils making your stay easy. Also 4 outdoor Weber gas grills available for FREE use during your stay. Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the guest bedroom. Both have flat screened TV's as well. Parking space is conveniently located right by the unit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
Surf Song 114 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.
The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
