  • Amazing Beach Cottage!

"My husband and I stayed here for a week in July/August and we absolutely LOVED it! The owners were so kind answering our many questions prior to arrival as we had never visited this part of Florida before. The cottage is well equipped and had everything and more to make our stay the most enjoyable and easy. The kitchen was huge, the king size bed was comfortable and the decor was beachy. We loved the outdoor shower, so much we didn't even bother to use the one inside! The was so close and so private it was HEAVEN. The wagon, chairs and umbrella provided was awesome! We would highly recommend this cottage for privacy and close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The customer service was exceptional...I left some clothes in the closet when we checked out and they were mailed to me back in Canada! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

  • Fabulous Cottage!

"You couldn't ask for more! Pat & Bob have thought of everything to make this cottage like home without all the work of being at home. You really feel like a special guest with breakfast food in the refrigerator and the cottage being prepared for you when you arrive. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and a lot of things that make it very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware that you need, along with all the basic spices and staples needed to cook. We found an excellent Seafood Market down at the Sponge Docks and were able to purchase fresh shrimp and prepare them back at the cottage for dinner. The location of the cottage is perfect; very peaceful and out of the tourist area, but close to the Sponge Docks, Downtown Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island State Park, and many other beautiful parks and beaches. We spent three days there, and it was not nearly long enough to see all that we wanted to see. Pat and Bob were also very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit, and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. We left feeling like family. We will definitely be going back to stay there again in the future."

  • The views are spectacular!

"This condo is right on the beach and the views are stunning! We saw dolphins from the balcony one morning. The beach is nice and well maintained. There was a beach guy who set up our umbrellas and chairs for us daily (for a fee of course) and then he came around during the day and adjusted the umbrella to block the sun. The condo is large by condo standards so for a family you would have plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained. It could use a little updating, but overall was very nice and relaxing for our stay. Just hearing the waves outside can be an instant relaxer. We did have a bit of a snafu when there were some electrical issues that actually had us with no power. The owner and the manager were very accommodating though and they moved us to a condo next door that is owned by the same person. It was also nice and updated. The location is great as you are close to John' Pass for shopping and dining. Overall our stay was great....relaxing and fun! Great place to stay!"

  • fun Xmas in Ybor historic district

"Just returned from four nights in Casa Bella over Xmas holiday. Check in was a breeze and we were allowed early check in. The owner was easy to contact and responded immediately when we forgot the WiFi code. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We had our annual family Xmas day brunch for 10 and found ample space for everyone. Comfortable beds, nice linens, very clean, great ac, super convenient location ( though right now there is considerable construction going on at the nearest cross street.) Parking is easy with a driveway and plenty of space out front as well. The negatives are a poorly stocked kitchen, so if you are planning on cooking in or entertaining, you'll be a bit challenged... frying pans cheap and need of replacing, no mixer, blender, baking pans, practically nonexistent knives,.. just a general inattention to replacing or stocking the nice sized kitchen with basic necessities. The back yard has a nice sitting area but is unkempt. There are houses very close to you especially a little guest house only separated by your back yard fence..not a big problem except for late night partying ,comings and goings, underneath our bedroom window. There is also a night club that stays rocking and extremely loud until past three am on weekends ( as well as Xmas night) that kept us awake..but then that is common in Ybor. We enjoyed our stay, the home is charming, if lacking some basic maintenance ..."
