  • Great home for a family gathering

"We rented this house for 5 days the week following Christmas 2016 for a family get-together (8 adults and a toddler). The house is well furnished, attractive, and comfortable. The main floor (it’s really the second floor of the 3 story house) has a large master bedroom with large en suite bath, a laundry room, and the rest of the floor has an open plan with the kitchen and a large main living/dining area (L-shaped around the kitchen). The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the third floor. Two share a bathroom and there’s third bathroom across the hall from the fourth bedroom. There’s a balcony off the third floor overlooking Gulf Boulevard. We were able to see fireworks (seemingly in all directions) from that balcony at midnight on New Year’s Eve. It’s a short walk from the house to a pedestrian crossing to the beach side of Gulf Boulevard. The beach was delightful. You can rent chairs and paddleboards right there, and the gulf water in late December was warm enough that my sons and I rented a couple of paddleboards for our first attempt at that sport. In the 2-car garage on the first floor you will find beach toys, umbrellas, and a little cart to use for hauling your belongings to the beach. There’s also a back porch that we didn’t have a chance to use. And there’s an elevator that is useful for transporting your luggage to the other floors. This house was very welcoming for our family gathering. It is light and airy, a pleasant place to hang out and a good base from which to launch day trips to local attractions. Carrie, the owner, was responsive to my questions and prompt with refunding our security deposit. Tip for seafood lovers, I recommend that you visit Madeira Beach Seafood, a few blocks down Gulf Boulevard. They get their fish right off the boats that come there to unload, so it’s very fresh. They also have beautiful frozen Key West Pink shrimp."

  • AWESOME!!!!

"This place was the best. Thank you so much for opening up your condo to our family and let us take advantage of your hospitality. We had a blast and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our son and daughter in law. There is not enough words to express how wonderful it was clean, everyone was so nice. The condo was loaded with anything you would want to use. We are already working on making plans for another trip. Best vacation ever. GO VOLS!!!!"

  • Very close to beach in Madeira Beach

"Very comfortable, lots of room for 5 of us. Great location, short walk to the beach but set back off the main road. Nice and quiet. Heated pools on site and the facility is well maintained. Well equiped vacation rental and nice screened in sitting area for outdoor meals. Mayra was very easy to work with and we promptly received back our damage deposit. No issues at all, definitely recommend."

  • Excellent location

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. Unit 403 was very nice and clean. The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach and a view from the balcony. The elevator is not reliable. It broke down twice during our two week stay. One time when I returned from grocery shopping with my 80 yr old parents. I had to help both my parents walk up 4 flights of stairs in 90 degree heat, and then carry the groceries up 4 flights of stairs. The microwave and kitchen faucet needed repair, and the Unit owner arranged for these things to be fixed while we were at the unit. The Owner also arrived during the middle of our stay, to show the unit to another potential renter. Apparently the rental company did not tell the Owner that we had the unit for 2 consecutive weeks, and she arrived thinking that it was between renters. The Owner was very nice, and this was not a big issue. People in a 5th floor unit (above us) were extremely loud, into the wee hours of the morning (ie: 3am). This happened on 2 separate nights, at the end of our stay. All of the information about the building states that there is to be "no noise after 11pm". Signs are even posted on the grounds."
