Das Haus verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten mit Vollbad im Obergeschoss und ein Doppelstockbett und Vollbad im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt eine Terrasse auf dem Dach mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Es gibt auch Balkone auf jeder Etage mit Blick auf den Ozean. Es gibt ein Einzel- und ein Doppelkajak, die Sie benutzen können. Sie können den kleinen Strand am Fuße des Hügels von zu Hause aus oder den Pool am Eingang zur Halbinsel genießen, der einen Strand, Cabanas, Essen, Kajak, Paddle-Board- und Tretbootverleih und natürlich Cocktails bietet. Ihre Kosten für den Tag betragen 100 Pesos um 6 USD. Sie können Ihr eigenes oder unser Kajak mitbringen, um die Höhlen in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Guaymas ist die nächstgelegene Stadt ca. 15 min. Fantastic Home!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views!! We could have sat out on the main deck all day watching the boats, birds and changing tides! Short walk to a lovely private beach, and easy drive into town and all the great restaurants! Michael and Blanca are awesome hosts, answered all our first-timer questions promptly and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. Would HIGHLY recommend this lovely home and hosts, thank you Michael and Blanca for a fantastic experience!!!!

GREAT PLACE

What a nice spot. Ultra clean, plenty of room, all the amenities you need, and a short walk to the water for kayaking in the bay. Great location protected from cars, foot traffic, etc. My family of 4 and 4 other relatives had a blast. If it's open when we want to come, we'll stay here going forward. Have rented 5-6 places in San Carlos over the last 10 years. This one is the best so far.

Beautiful Property and Amazing Location

The pictures did not disappoint. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular. Michael was very responsive when we had an electricity issue and we really appreciated how quickly it got resolved as it was a very hot day. The walk to the little beach was easy and having the kayaks were a great way to see the Bahia and snorkel. The welcome basket with wine and coffee was a nice touch. Already planning our return.

Great Stay - Will Return When Back in San Carlos

Nice property / Michael (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Quiet area - great view - has everything you need. Was there on business / pleasure and found it to be a very nice stay. Suggestions for improvement - maybe update the directions to include “follow the number signs” to the property. The streets in this development are a little confusing if you have never been there - but the numbers are sequential and there are signs everywhere telling you which numbers are which way. Initial visit - so that was the only challenge upon arrival - but Michael was available via telephone to sort it out. Once at the property - was a great stay - stayed for one week.

Great house with amazing view and location

The house is well appointed, spacious and has everything you would need. However, if you like to sleep cold, the master bedroom is problematic especially in warmer months. While gorgeous, the glass block divider wall severely limits airflow from the mini split in to the bed part of the master, causing the vanity area to catch the cold air, leaving the bed area quite warm for sleeping in the summer. I’m leaving this here in hopes that the owners will do a quick remedy and shorten the glass block wall. Also, there’s a small tile lip on the toilet in the master bath that you have to be mindful of. Other than those two things, we enjoyed the home greatly and wish our stay was longer!

Yes, it was an excellent view! The masterbedroom didn't have a window covering, so the bright daylight didnt let us sleep past 6am. Other than that, gorgeous property and surroundings!! Definitely recommended!!

Super clean and comfortable house!

We would definitely stay here again. The house was cleaner than any house I’ve ever rented before. Honestly, that is so important to me and the towels and sheets smell like the four seasons.We fished out of the Marina and caught Marlin, Sailfish and Dorado. The house has a beautiful view, and Michael was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home

We only stayed 2 nights for an Epic fishing trip. The house was great! Conducive to relaxing on the many patios overlooking the harbor. Make sure you bring your own shower/bath soap and shampoo. If not the little store at the bottom of the hill will have what you need. Only one smaller TV on the mid level that makes it great for spending quality time disconnected from the world and allows for great conversations and relaxation.Beautiful home!

Very nice home in the Caracol with excellent views. The propane tanks for the fire pit and BBQ grille were empty. We were expecting bath/shower soap/shampoo, but none were provided. I guess you have to bring your own? I would recommend that a night shade be provided for the large window in the master bedroom sitting area. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay!

We purchased the lot in 2004. We took our time building the home paying as we go. We spent our first night in our finished (paid for) home in 2014. We live in Phoenix AZ and get to our home as much as possible. Driving time from door to door is around 7 1/2 hours. We can not get enough of kayaking when we visit our home. I grew up in Florida around water and moving to the desert I missed the ocean. I found the love of my life in San Carlos Mexico and where the desert meets the sea was a bonus.
