Great location

Nice compact property - everything you need. Lots of cats around the other apartments and the car park which was odd but good value apartment in a very nice town. Pool on the complex was also pleasant and appeared well maintained. I can't imagine it being an apartment to spend your days in on holiday but if you want a clean base to explore the area that is good value then this would suit. It's also near the main roads if you have car. There is a small shopping complex 5 minutes walk away with a couple of restaurants. The owners also provide 3 bikes to use, which could do with a service but were useful in just exploring slightly further afield than a walk will easily allow - e.g. to the large marina next to the beach where there are restaurants and bars aplenty. Security of the apartment was fine with locked gates for cars and pedestrians, although the pedestrian ones were usually open.

Well equipped apartment in a good location but no Air con!

The apartment is very well equipped, in a good location with a good clean pool. We would have enjoyed staying here more had it not been for the fact that when we arrived we found that the apartment did not have air conditioning which was an essential requirement for us. At the time of us booking the apartment it was clearly advertised as having Air Con, if we had know this wasn't the case we would have booked elsewhere. We complained to the owner about the lack of air con and since then this feature is no longer stated on the HomeAway listing. There was also a misunderstanding regarding security deposit and cleaning fees which were not made clear at the time of booking, these issues, however, were resolved promptly by the owner to our satisfaction during our first day. It is a shame about the air con as it made our stay very uncomfortable and had the apartment been equipped with air con as mentioned in the original listing we would have given a 4 star rating. If you are booking and air con is not a priority then this apartment is very good and great value for money

Superbe appartement dans une merveilleuse région

Nous avons séjourné, la dernière quinzaine de juin, dans l'appartement de Me Gozet. Logement lumineux, très bien équipé, soigné, propre, décoré avec goût, très bonne literie. A deux pas d'un petit centre commercial où l'on trouve de tout: boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, restaurants, ... Saint Cyprien est une très belle station. A recommander.

Kleine nette Wohnung

Wir waren für eine Woche an Pfingsten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnubg we top ausgestattet. Sie hatte sogar Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und zu Grillen. Die Ankunft und Abreise verlief super da wir sehr höflich und freundlich aufgenommen wurden. Vielmals die Fahrräder waren sehr nützlich da man diese nutzen konnte um in das nächstgelegen Dorf auf den Markt oder in den Supermarkt zu fahren. Das einzige was etwas seltsam war, war die Bettwäsche die sich nicht um die Decke ziehen ließ sondern einfach nur ein Tuch war. An sondern kann ich die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! ❤️. Bien décoré, clair, spacieux, tout est bien pensé. En plus, on y dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, micro ondes, grand réfrigérateur congélateur ) . Vraiment cool !!!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der sehr herzliche und freundliche Kontakt zu dem Betreuer vor Ort, Peter Pierrepont, hat uns prima gefallen. Der große Balkon ließ sich sogar Ende März schon sehr gut nutzen und der Blick bis in die Pyrenäen ergibt ein tolles Panorama. Wir überlegen bereits einmal im Sommer wiederzukommen, da auch der Ort mit der Lagune, den zahlreichen Segelbooten sehr zum Entspannen einlädt. Und der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr groß, sandig und kilometerlang. Ein schönes Gebiet zum Erholen!

Juste trop court

Il ne manque rien. On est mieux qu'à la maison car en prime il y a le soleil. Le propriétaire et Peter sont charmants. Le bouche à oreille fonctionnera comptez sur nous.

Superbes vacances, magnifique appartement !

Avons passé une très bonne semaine. L'appartement est spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien ! Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. La Résidence est très calme et agréable, propre et bien entretenue. La Piscine de la Résidence est vraiment grande et très propre. Les petits commerces à 150m sont très agréables pour faire de petites courses (fruits, poissons, pain, etc..) . Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Emplacement idéal et confort absolu

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert ce logement. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de gout. Il en manque rien en vaisselle, le confort est absolu. La wifi , la tv qui fait le replay Le pret des vélos, les lits fait à l'arrivée... nous reviendrons, c'est certain.
