Home has comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen applances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard.
Home is managed by owner/property management company.
The Space:
One story home with easy access with plenty of parking.
This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.
Up to date kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. 200 MBPS Wifi and Youtube Tv service with digital tv, Comfortable new beds, all linens, towels included. Due to COVID-19 paper products are not guaranteed.
Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a pack n play and highchair available as well for families with babies.
Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.
Owners of pets take full responsibility for any damage that may occur..

When you book with us, we will send you the code to use during your stay for keyless entry.
We’re local to the home, and avaliable quickly if needed.
Guests have the entire unit, covered patio, & fully fenced in yard. The unit is a condo, it does not share anything with guests in the other unit. Separate entrances, driveways, privacy fenced backyard nothing inside home is shared either. The backyard space is fully fenced with privacy fence.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet little street that sits between Hwy 96 in Franklin and Liberty Pike by the Factory of Franklin.
Getting Around:
We are close to public transit of the Franklin Trolley, also there are cab companies, uber & lyft in the area.
Other Things to Note:
We do have a lawn company that mows the grass for us. Unfortunatly, due to him being a firefighter, we do not have control of what day he comes, but it will not be before 9am.
Interaction with Guests:
We are avaliable by direct contact on cell phone or by email.

They have 2 daughters Kali and Kinzley. Jon's mother Carol is also his business partner in K Team Property Management LLC. We are a family owned property management company that has lived in Williamson Co for over 30 years.

We hope you love this property as much as we do. It is in am amazing location for easy access to shopping, entertainment, and lots of food. The home has been fully remodeled just last fall and new to the rental market. We offer normal 2 day minimum stay to extended rental stays.

Super easy access to so much in Franklin. The duplex is located not far from the interstate 65, 1 mile from downtown Franklin, you can easily reach Cool Springs as well in a matter of minutes. There is so much to do and see in Franklin and surrounding areas. We are also close to Nashville.
