40m2 apartment for 4 persons in a quiet residence with terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the port of Carteret. Main room (ground floor): 18m2 about with bay window overlooking terrace (garden furniture and 2 chairs / chairs), fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dish strainer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, robots, toaster ...) dining table with 4 chairs, living room with 2 armchairs, flat screen TV and a buffet. A corridor leading to the entrance, 1 bedroom: double bed 140x190 (duvet, pillows, pillow) and wardrobe, bathroom: with shower, bathroom cabinet basin and washing machine, 1 separate toilet, a closet for shoes and coats, stairs to the room in the basement (boat hull effect) with two 90 bed and closet, cot and highchair. Cave bike. Great location, downtown and beach about 200m walk, the car is only necessary to get to the large area that is on Barneville.

Ride on the Cape Carteret Port gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star), school voila, golf at St Jean River, landing beach, Mont Saint-Michel.

Stunning location, excellent property

Absolutely fantastic property in a stunning location. The apartment had everything you could wish for, we really enjoyed taking breakfast on the patio overlooking Barneville beach. The weather was outstanding, in fact a little too hot at times! The host took time to explain everything and show us where everything was kept. And she was exceptionally patient with my schoolboy French! Hoping we will be able to return soon. Formidable!

Appartement idéalement placé pour sillonner les environs ou faire ses courses à pied. Hôte agréable et accueillante. Confort et fonctionnalité dans ce logement qui est plus grand qu'il n'y paraît. Très calme. Propreté irréprochable. Une vue splendide sur la côte, un émerveillement chaque jour ! Une valeur sûre qui me verra revenir, c'est certain.

merveilleux séjour en Normandie

2ème séjour dans ce gite situé sur la côte ouest à 2 pas du chemin des douaniers qui contourne le cap et de la plage surveillée. tout est sans trop de kilomètres au nord le cap de la Hague à l'est Barfleur et St Vaast la Hougue pour tous amateurs de paysages sauvage et de bains de mer dans un gite très confortable.

Excellent emplacement dans Carteret. Une belle vue mer depuis la baie de la pièce à vivre et de la terrasse. L’appartement est sur l’arrière de la résidence avec 2 places de parking, très calme. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos. Je vous recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

il faudrait être vraiment de mauvaise foi pour trouver des défauts à cette location . La situation dans Carteret , vue dominante toujours appréciée ,ensoleillement , confort ,literie de qualité ,propreté, stationnement devant la porte d entrée ( un plus ) et l ' accueil personnalisé ,la gentillesse de Josiane dont je me suis sentie très proche . Appartement extrêmement agréable car situé très au calme, très belle terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Barneville, très bien agencé avec beaucoup d'équipements. Il est encore plus joli que sur les photos. Le centre ville est à quelques minutes à pied, idem pour la plage de la Potinière ou l'accès au GR223 pour aller jusqu'au phare à pied, voire plus loin. Place de parking disponible, ce qui est très pratique. Une location que je recommande vivement!
