CAPBRETON - LES TERRASSES NOTRE DAME DU PORT - Seaside style property complex, located on the Hossegor side offering good services: private air parking, swimming pool and tennis in condominium - On the 2nd and last floor without elevator, duplex apartment. Free WIFI. Rated 2* in 2024.
Entrance with cupboard and refrigerator.
Living room (about 17 m²) opening onto the veranda with teak garden furniture.
View of the port exit channel and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.
Kitchen area with dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 (2.17 x 2.57) with large closet: 1 bed 140.
WC with sink area.
By small staircase access to the floor with mezzanine above the living room (lowest point at 1.20 m): a sofa bed BZ 2 people. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140.
Bathroom: bath-shower, basin and washing machine.
Pleasant apartment. The beach on foot. The swimming pool and the tennis are appreciable elements. The swimming pool is opened from June 16th to September 30th 2026. Out of season possibility of other days of arrival to consult us. Household linen is not included in rentals.
