Great Saint Louis Property!

We had the best time at this VRBO property. It was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. It is a few blocks from Tower Grove park and shops and restaurants. We requested an early check in and Chuck, the owner, was able to accommodate us! We will definitely be booking again if we are ever in Saint Louis again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We really loved this property. Chuck was incredibly responsive, super friendly, and he ensured that my group had everything we needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable and the location is central to everything going on in St. Louis. Hands down recommend staying here!

Fabulous!

The apartment is beautiful with lots of natural light and a nice outdoor deck. Loved the location just one block from the Forest Grove Park...many walks in the gorgeous Fall weather. My friend and I like to cook and I have to say this was the place! There was an excellent repertoire of cooking utensils, some I don't even have at home myself. Chuck made our stay very comfortable and was a great host.

We wanted to move in!

I used to live in this neighborhood. Six years ago I moved out of state and was returning to bring some friends to my hometown. This was the perfect apartment to stay in for this trip! First, the apartment is so lovely. The furniture is all very comfortable, everything you would need is in the kitchen (we were sad we weren't hosting a dinner party while there), and it's decorated in a very inviting way. The location of the apartment is at the entrance to the fabulous South Grand neighborhood. We were close to Tower Grove Parkk and so many wonderful restaurants. Chuck, the owner, was very responsive to messages and provided plenty of information in advance so I wouldn't have that many questions! Fantastic apartment and experience.

Fabulous, homey apartment! High quality linens and a kitchen that is really well stocked! Great location with many local restaurants and a wonderful park to walk through. We were in town for medical reasons, so appreciates the easy commute to BJC.

Feels Like Home

This place felt so much like home. To be fair this is the old neighborhood. But much nicer. This place was everything you want out of the Tower Grove hood and better. It’s stocked like a home with all the amenities you want and need (without having to ask), not like a typical turnover property. The owners make entry & exit easy (especially nice for late night arrival). And everything is modern & efficient (no old tired hand me downs). And we slept like rocks on whatever those mattresses are. We would absolutely live here much less rent it. Thanks for the cush digs Chuck.

Awesome rental! Loved everything about it. Hip/cool completely renovated. Stocked coffee and kitchen. Super soft, nice clean sheets and towels. Memory foam beds awesome. Neighborhood is super cool and the park is gorgeous. Highly recommend grabbing a motorized or bike or walk around the park and surrounding neighborhoods. We will be back! Great Tower Grove Location

Stayed here for a wedding in Soulard. Plenty of street parking, the area was very safe and very easy to get to. I recommend MoKaBe for coffee or breakfast, and there are many great restaurants just around the corner on grand within very easy walking distance. House was very well kept with full kitchen, great back deck! Definitely recommend for a getaway to St. Louis.
