Great spot for a weekend in St. Louis watching volleyball with family and friends! The place was clean, convenient, and made for an easy, comfortable stay. Would happily come back again!
We loved our stay! The place was clean and updated! We loved the fenced in yard for our pup! The best part of staying here was it was so close to all the places we were going to!
Location was the best part. Walking distance to soulard farmers market, Session tacos (a must), McGurks and Mollys. We came for a cardinals game and it worked out perfectly. We walked to Mollys and if you eat or have drinks there they provide a shuttle to and from the game. We felt safe walking back to the property with our kids at night after the game. The house was perfect for two families of four to sleep comfortably and have a little privacy. The outdoor balcony area was great and the yard is really big. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We did not bring our dog this trip but definitely hope to return again with him. Thank you so much!
Appreciated the designated parking spots. Was easy to find. Kitchen well stocked for making a few meals. Seemed to be about at the limit of the air conditioning as it ran most of the time and just maintained a comfortable level. Filled the bird bath with water and soon was able to enjoy watching backyard wildlife from the kitchen window. Bed was comfortable. If we return to St. Louis next year, will look at booking again.

Very clean& well equipped Lovely place to stay. House is beautiful and neighborhood is lovely. Lots of places to eat nearby - even for a vegan which is rare in my experience. Short drive to Arch & other attractions. I only took off one star because of the dangerous entries. The front door sill is a bit of a tripping hazard and the foyer is all dark brick with a step down and then two steps up into the living space. The steps need to be marked with lighting or light paint to make them visible. Two of our party fell during the night coming into or out of the living area. The back door is also tricky to step into & out of.
Very nice, love the look inside, love the parking and the balcony and back patio! Can’t wait to come back during nicer weather so we can better enjoy it! Location couldn’t have been better!
Property was in a good location and a good neighborhood. Appreciated the parking in the back of the property. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Excellent place to stay in St. Louis.

Hands down the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. The house is nicely decorated, updated, clean with tons of Soulard charm! We walked to restaurants, bars and the Soulard Farmer ’s Market (which is now a must-do when I’m in town). Great value, too!
Jackson was very responsive pre visit as well as check-in and checkout Comfortable for 6 of us and the cooking and parking was easy. Convenient location to downtown St Louis as well as highways and airport
We rented the home for our grandbabies first birthday party. Everything was awesome. The backyard was a great spot. I love you and I love what you did with the remodel on that home.
The house was beautiful! We loved the historic look of the exposed bricks and the modern amenities. The location was great, and the private off-street parking was a big plus.
Location was perfect and the place was really cute! Host responded so quickly and even let us check in early! Only issue was cleanliness. The covers were not clean and were dingy, so we slept on top of them with our own blankets. The fridge still had old opened food in it from previous guest. I know a lot of times cleaning companies do not do the best, so I would definitely speak with them. The bunkbeds are also super loud and shakey, we were scared they would fall. All and all a great stay and great location, definitely recommend for location purposes.
We enjoyed our stay here so much. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Don't miss the upstairs deck after dark or the huge farmers market just a couple blocks away. This property should be your first choice.
