LIVING AREA
Make your way inside using the easy keyless smart lock and into the relaxing front living area. Sink into the deep sectional sofa with a wall-mounted 55-inch Smart TV offering access to all your favorite streaming apps and movies.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy your meals within the dining room with a stately table set for eight as you catch up with friends and family or head out to top restaurants just a short walk or drive away with many great places close by to duck into for a drink before you head home.

Step through into the fully equipped kitchen that comes with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a coffee maker, a built-in microwave, a toaster, and a dishwasher to manage all the cleaning up.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Take the stairs up to the second floor where you will find the three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a sophisticated elegance style with a luxe king bed and streams of natural light coming in through the oversize windows that frame the room. This room offers sleeping for three with a single bed in addition the king. Remote workers will love the desk to stay caught up with emails while away from the office.

Down the hall is the second bedroom which features a queen bed and the third bedroom with a double bed and access to the second-floor porch with views of the fenced yard below.

There are two sparkling bathrooms, one one on each floor and both have relaxing baths, an overhead shower, a vanity stocked with all the essentials, and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside guests can sit on the decked area that overlooks the fully fenced grassy yard with beautiful stone paving or take a walk to the nearby parks on a warm, sunny afternoon.

The Neighborhood:
The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a strong south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just to the east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is common to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.

Close by, you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum. Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby.

Access to major freeways is convenient for taking in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium, visiting the arch and riverfront, stopping by beautiful Soulard, or visiting the Anheuser-Busch brewery for free samples!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Red door, cozy stay

This was a great place for our family to stay! Close to downtown and all the activities we wanted to do on our vacation: the Arch, Botanical Gardens, Union Station, City Museum, etc. Lots of local restaurants to choose from in this gentrified historical neighborhood. We felt safe in this area and had no issues with street parking. The stairs were kind of steep for us upper middle aged people (and our knees) trying to keep up with a busy schedule with young boys. The bathrooms were kind of tight for us fluffy body types (there is one on each floor and they are basically identical). But overall, this unit is comfortable, well appointed, with a great location. The hosts were great to work with and no long list of check out duties. Thanks again!

Perfect location for a St Louis visit

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and 2 blocks from an amazing assortment of dining and shopping options. Beautiful part nearby that deserves a nice walk. The owners were amazing with their attention to details - from booking to communications to home presentation to kind check-ins. Any questions were answered immediately. We will save this one for future trips.

Great weekend away

Our family really enjoyed this space for a weekend. There was plenty of room to gather, or take a break from each other in very comfortable surroundings. I really appreciated the provision of coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was also really well stocked!

Great people to stay with

First of all the communication with this property was 10/10. They were extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk with. The house was cozy and perfect for us. Close to a grocery store and downtown. Would stay again for sure.

Great place for family

We were so pleased with the property. Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and good location. Easy access to the zoo, The Hill, City Museum, and downtown. Two full bathrooms were great for a group of five. Only problem we encountered was the keypad locked us out of the house after a long day at the zoo and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to let us in because it was after hours. My suggestion would be to have a phone number to contact in case of emergencies 24/7. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Family Vacation

Overall this was a great house for what we needed it for! The living area was spacious. It's an older house (updated) so bathrooms were small. When we were there it was HOTT outside. Upstairs was a bit humid at times and the central air doesn't work well upstairs. They do have an air conditioner in each bedroom upstairs so everyone can adjust for their own comfort. Managers were great and responsive to our any questions we had!

Uncomfortable

The property was just okay. It was definitely not the cleanest. The beds were super small, the mattress and pillows were flat and uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The furniture was very cheap. The couch was also very uncomfortable. There was only one television. There were ZERO tv's in the bedrooms. I almost forgot. It was extremely HOT and we could not change the thermostat. It would not go past 74 degrees in the summer and there were air conditioner units that made us sick. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and showers smelled liked mildew. The rail on the stairs felt dirty.

Pleasant stay, confusing rental process

The property was just like the pictures and large enough and comfortable for our family of 6. Very clean except the shower curtains smelled and had pink mold on them. There were 2 bath towels, 6 gym size towels and cleaning rags instead of wash cloths. The location was close to downtown and seemed safe enough. The biggest issue we had was that Abode cancelled our reservation the day before our trip because they gave me 4 hours while I was busy at work to submit payment information separately from the payment info I had already submitted to VRBO. There was no warning prior that I would see a separate bill so I was confused and wanted to call them but in the meantime they cancelled our reservation. We were able to rebook but this caused significant time and stress both talking to Abode and Vrbo chat representatives. I will say that once this issue was resolved, the Abode representative was very easy to communicate with during our trip.
