This house was well renovated and had nice extras like coffee pods and some pantry items. The location is centralized to just about everything. The host is responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this property. If traveling here in the winter you may want to bring an extra blanket. The thermostat goes to 72 but if you aren't used to the cold it will still feel chilly.
Cute house. Layout is a little funny but it’s an older home that has had remodels done so to be expected. I think it would be more ideal to keep all the cleaning supplies and extras in a designated space/closet instead of taking up room dispersed throughout and taking up space the bedroom closets, but that’s just more of a suggestion for the host and wasn’t a big deal. Kitchen was great to be able to cook. Loved seeing and feeding the birds and squirrels in the am. Super close to stadiums which was great.
The location of the property was perfect for easy access to Kauffman Stadium and a Kansas City Royals game - less than 10 minutes away by car. The property was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard - we even saw some deer (a doe and two fawns)!
We all enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with, large couch! One of the ways I believe they could do better is there was no shampoo, body soap etc, they only had a small bar soap on sink. No hairdryer and it would have been nice to have a towel rack or something in the bathroom to hang your towel. Loved the open kitchen and dining area. Convenient location.
Nice property had all the essential items for a comfortable stay. This was very close for a night at the ball park. Also it was convenient for downtown activities: farmers market, museums, casinos, comedy club, and an assortment of great restaurants! All this is a quiet neighborhood tucked away in Ray town with a great backyard with deer, rabbits, squirrels, etc.
What a find this property was! While easily accessible to the stadiums and nearby amenties, it's in a quiet neighborhood and backs up onto an open field where we enjoyed watching wildlife while we relaxed on the patio. The property was pristine and Ryan was very responsive to our questions.
This is our second time staying at this house. Very clean and comfortable inside. Not far from downtown KC and many other places which is nice. Host is helpful and quick to respond! Overall enjoyed our stay and will more than likely return.
This location was perfect to allow easy travel throughout the city. Very convenient for MLB and NFL stadium. Well stocked kitchen. You do need to bring toiletries as hand soap was all that was provided.
Nice clean house and easy to get to the stadium for Chiefs and Royals. I didn’t know they were right beside each other We Uber’d and it was cheap and easy
This gem of a home I affectionately called "The Tardis". Looks small from the outside, but once you walk in, rooms and space magically appear!! It is beautifully decorated inside and filled with all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood with lots of land to sit back, relax and nature watch. Perfect location if you're planning for away games for your favorite football and/ or baseball teams.
We came to Kansas City to visit Kauffman stadium and crossed off another stadium on our ballpark bucket list. This property was exactly what we expected. Clean, comfortable and perfect location! Larry next door is so nice! We took his recommendation and ate at jack stacks, it was amazing! We all had a great time and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!
Exceptionally clean. So well stocked Had plenty of space. Ryan was so prompt with communication. Liked the country feel away from the busy city and still just 5 minutes from all the activities. Excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend this house.

Colorado native, however a Royals and Chiefs fan. We bought the house as an investment and to attend the football and baseball games.
Why they chose this property
My wife and I fell in love with property when we first saw it. The house was built in 1924 and has been completely gutted and renovated. The previous owner poured 2 years of hard work and love into this home to make it what it is today.
What makes this property unique
House is in a secluded area with no neighbors behind the house. It sits on an acre lot in the middle of town, close to the stadiums. Everyday you'll see a family of 5 white tailed deer, foxes, blue birds and cardinals.
